Very good location！交通十分便利，下楼步行可到河边步道直达QUT、Botanic Garden。酒店内有很多风味餐厅，也可以选择步行不到10分钟去City。酒店内部健身、泳池、桑拿等设施齐全，还可以小赌怡情。顶层deck的风景令人难忘。酒店客人专属的七楼泳池边，正对Southbank, 不高不低，没有任何遮挡，是观看fireworks的无敌、不二之选，观感极棒！
房间的床品挺括舒爽不软塌，浴袍柔软舒服，洁具时尚好用。

Cons:

商务出差的人可能会觉得宽敞的房间里再多一张办公台子和椅子会更方便；枕头稍高，一硬一软比较好。

A lovely stay with great facilities in a prime location
Pros:

Overall a great stay in a beautiful hotel in a prime location for Riverfire. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with a welcome gift for Riverfire. The facilities were lovely and new as expected. The River View room had the perfect river view of the fireworks in front of Southbank as well as the Airforce flyover.

The hotel team organised things very well given the demand for the day. There were special instructions to assist with navigating the demand and nuances and were well informed of changes/differences upon arrival, including the closure of the SkyDeck for a private event; access to the Isoletto Pool Club with wrist bands; and the recommendation to pre-order room service if we didn't have a reservation given all restaurants on site were booked out from paid ticketed seating for Riverfire.

Cons:

The clothes cupboard had a broken light which meant that it wouldn't turn off. We didn't realise this until we were about to go to sleep and had to call guest services and get maintenance to attend to disconnect the light. That was frustrating given it was a 5 star hotel and you'd expect no issues within the room. We were unable to sleep with the light on so had to be fixed. Thankfully maintenance did come and disconnect it, but the hassle was frustrating.

Pros:

View, big room, many facilities and restaurants, access to town and park

Cons:

Breakfast is poor not only comparing to the level of other hotel facilities but also comparing to lower level hotels. Need to offer a full style buffet on that price of breakfast

Pros:

The location was great, very central to the city centre

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the hotel. My son accidentally left his AirPod behind, so we called the hotel and were advised that it had been found. We were asked to call again after 5pm, which he did as requested.
When he called back, he was told that the person in charge would email him regarding the matter. However, no email was ever received and there was no further follow-up from the hotel.
We understand that things can happen, but once we were advised that the item had been found, we expected better communication and follow-through. A simple update would have been appreciated. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its communication and customer service in situations like this.
