The 36th edition of ATP tournament Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will be held from 10th - 19th July 2026 in ATP stadium Goran Ivanišević in Stella Maris. During this period we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.

Entry to the fitness center, spa zone, saunas, and whirlpool is permitted for persons over 16 years of age.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

* Amazing entertainment programme - concerts, shows and activities every single day. Probably one of the best hotel programmes we have ever experienced, with something for both children and adults.
* Incredible food - a huge variety of fish, steaks, meat and dishes from different cuisines. Everything was absolutely delicious, including the desserts. A huge thank you to the chef!
* Great quality drinks included with half board. The draft beer was especially delicious - as a Czech couple, we were genuinely impressed!
* Very comfortable rooms and excellent cleaning.
* Fantastic aquapark, especially for young children. Our almost-three-year-old loved it so much that we barely wanted to leave!
* Great indoor and outdoor pools and a lovely spa.
* Excellent location and beautiful hotel grounds.
* Perfect for families with children.
* Very helpful and responsive reception staff.

Cons:

The ventilation in the toilets, both in the rooms and public areas, does not work at all. Unfortunately, unpleasant smells remain for a long time after the toilets are used. This really needs to be fixed.
* The automatic revolving doors at the entrance are extremely dangerous, especially for small children. They keep rotating and do not stop if a hand, arm, leg, piece of clothing or any other object remains in the rotating section. The doors simply keep moving and could easily cause a serious injury or even break a child’s arm. Our almost-three-year-old nearly got seriously hurt when he suddenly turned around while the doors were rotating. This really needs to be fixed or replaced with a proper safety system.
* The air conditioning is not adjustable enough. Even with all windows and doors closed so that the system could operate, it was extremely hot in the room and all three of us struggled to sleep comfortably. The air conditioning was working, but we could not lower the temperature enough to make the room comfortable. The system correctly switched off when the balcony door was open, but even with everything closed, the room remained far too warm.

Очень хорошо что есть аквапарк. Есть выбор пляжей: песочный и каменистый. Есть игровая комната для детей

Obzirom da smo ovdje bili i prošle godine smatram da se se hrana u restoranu jako pokvarila i da nije na nivou hotelu sa četiri zvjezdice.Izbor je jako loš,osobito za doručak,salame u 9.00h gotovo i nema,rezanih sireva još manje,kruh nije svjež...Suncobrani na plaži gotovo svi oštećeni.Mislim da smo za te novce mogli dobiti bolju ponudu.Čak smo vidjeli da smo na istoj lokaciji ,u drugom hotelu iste kategorizacije za poprilično manje novaca mogli imati all inclusive ponudu.

Pihenésre kiváló, és bár az ételekkel nem voltunk maximálisan elégedettek, azért jól éreztük magunkat.
Pros:

Közvetlenül a tengerparton van, ingyenes a napozóágy, napernyő és törölköző. Van gyerekcsúzda, vizes játszótér. Az étteremnél egyetlen kedves lány volt, aki magyarul is szépen beszélt. A reggeli maffin finom volt. A szobák tiszták. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A bárpultnál rendelt kávé finom.

Cons:

A medencék, főleg a gyerekmedencék vize hideg. Hidegebb volt mint a tenger. Az étterem dolgozói nem figyelmesek, nem iparkodnak szabad asztalt biztosítani. Az ételkínálat számomra egyszerű volt, inkább hasonlított menzára mint éttermi kínálatra. A desszertek, főleg a poharas krémek rosszak, a sütik egyformán csapnivalók. A reggeli cappucino kávé a kávégépből nem a legjobb.
