Beautiful home in a perfect location
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in Tracey’s beautiful home. It was really lovely to have our own sitting room where we could relax in the evenings and the use of plates, sink and fridge that enabled us to have breakfast and a picnic dinner. The bed was so comfortable and a great shower. Tracey was really welcoming and we were sad to leave.

Tracey was amazing, so welcoming and very helpful! The room was just as lovely as the rest of the house and the livingroom we got to use was spacious and very homely. It was mazing for me and my partners first trip together, she says it's where her soul feels at home and Bryn Mynach made me feel very welcome to Barmouth too!

Staying with Tracey & her amazing little dog Bryn is like revisiting an old friend . She is so welcoming & helpf
Pros:

It’s a truly comfortable home that has been beautifully curated by the Host Tracey who has an excellent eye for detail and interior design. It sits in a stunning landscape in lovely gardens right in the centre of town . You have your own sitting room ( with a fridge & tea & coffee making facilities ) which has a private balcony garden for you to enjoy . The upstairs bedroom has a spotless modern en-suite shower room .The property also benefits from private parking which is at a premium in Barmouth . Tracey allows you the freedom to come & go as you please but is available to offer help , advice about where to go etc & to provide you with everything that you could possibly need.

Peaceful comfort within easy walking distance of Barmouth
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Bed was very comfy - slept well! Location was good - you're far enough out of the centre that it's peaceful, but close enough that it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The separate living room to relax was also a lovely touch!
