Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

The property was in a lovely quiet location but still very central. Loved that there was not just a bedroom and ensuite but also a living room, garden area and seating and kitchen area available for us to use. And last but definitely not least Tracy the host was truly lovely, very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

Very relaxing beautiful place. Host very welcoming.
Nothing open in area till 10 for breakfast so recommend a toaster and bowels. So you can make your own breakfast!

Perfect location, great accommodation!
Pros:

Great communication with the host before we arrived. We got a really warm, friendly reception from Tracy when we arrived; she was chatty, helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting places we might go to for dinner. The room was great with a comfortable bed and a hot , powerful shower in the en suite bathroom.
We had exclusive use of a sitting room with tea, coffee and fridge.

Everything was just right for us.

Lovely, peaceful and value for money stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Lovely facilities - own living room and outside area. The nature around the house. The location was perfect. The host was welcoming. Very clean.

Tracey was an excellent, friendly host and made us feel most welcome.

A beautiful property in a lovely setting that ticks all the boxes.
Pros:

A beautiful location in the heart of Barmouth a short walk from the station, beach and shops. Plenty of parking space which was so useful as it can be an issue. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we also had use of a lovely lounge and outside patio - lovely gardens also at the location. Tracey was vey helpful and gave us good tips about the area. Tea, coffee and milk was provided and a fridge if we wanted to keep drinks or food fresh.We would highly recommend it and will hopefully return again.
