Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely customer service. Incredibly aesthetic and it was the perfect location to the beach! There was an instant sense of calm during our stay. The food was delicious at the restaurant

Cons:

Given the hotel is a beach hotel, it would’ve been nice to have been provided beach towels and a beach bag. Dressing gowns would have also been a nice touch - there are the touches generally expected by a luxury hotel. Our hotel room had a large balcony facing out onto the roadside but with no blackout curtains or blinds which meant people could’ve easily seen into our room.

Pros:

Loved the design of the hotel, our private terrace and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal (don’t know why people were moaning about the options). Hope to return one day. Thanks!

Tolles Design Hotel nah am Strand
Pros:

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt! Wir waren 6 Nächte hier und haben jede einzelne genossen. Das Essen war so unglaublich lecker, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, die Zimmer super schön eingerichtet, das Personal so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles war sehr sauber! Wir konnten uns jeden Tag Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme und kleine Stühle kostenlos leihen und uns Wasser nehmen. Die Lage war für uns genau richtig: genau zwischen La Punta und dem Zentrum von Puerto Escondido und nur 2 min vom Strand entfernt, sodass es schön ruhig war. Wir würden jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten!

Pros:

Cadre exceptionnel, décoration soignée et personnel absolument adorable :)
L’emplacement est idéal
Restaurant incroyable, les petits déjeuners étaient extras! (même si ça manquait un peu d’options sucrées)

Cons:

Les petits bémols : un frigo dans la chambre aurait été un petit plus (vu la chaleur actuelle) et le filtrage de la piscine n’était pas optimal

Muy caro para lo que es un hotel con un concepto algo mediocre, en el respaldo de la cama la pared estaba agrietada, en la foto está la parte de atrás el baño no tiene una puerta o ventana para el aire 🤢🤢 si vienes pasado de copas te caes no tiene buena protección en los barandales

I wouldnt recommend to organize a taxi or any tour via the hotel, it is a lot more expensive

Pros:

Un hotel pequeño muy bien atendido. Los desayunos marcaron la diferencia, realmente de calidad superior. Se nota el trabajo y dedicación puesto en este aspecto.
Tuve unos problemas, no de responsabilidad del Hotel, los que fueron atendidos con mucha diligencia y buena voluntad por Daniel su administrador. Muchas gracias!!

Todo perfecto
Pros:

Hotel bellísimo, habitación grande y muy limpia. El personal es fantástico y Ana nos ayudó con todo durante nuestra estancia. Además, el desayuno es delicioso y muy completo.

La ubicación es perfecta: en una zona muy tranquila, a solo 1 minuto de la playa de Zicatela y a 10 minutos caminando de Punta Zicatela.

¡Absolutamente magnífico! Sin duda volveríamos.
