Muy buena experiencia en este lugar. Fuimos con nuestros dos perritos y agradecimos mucho que acepten mascotas. Nos comentaron que el costo por perro es de $500, pero como llevábamos dos y solo era una noche, tuvieron la atención de hacernos un descuento, lo cual se nos hizo un muy buen detalle.
El servicio fue excelente desde el inicio: amables, atentos y con recomendaciones muy atinadas para disfrutar mejor la estancia y los alrededores. Ese tipo de atención hace mucha diferencia, sobre todo cuando viajas con mascotas y necesitas sentirte en confianza.

El lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable, con iluminación cálida, terraza bonita, mesas al exterior y una decoración muy cuidada, entre madera, plantas y espacios que se sienten relajados. También nos gustó que cuentan con una propuesta de bebidas interesante: vimos cocteles de autor, cocteles clásicos, mezcales, tequila, cerveza, café y bebidas sin alcohol.

En el menú de comida había opciones como arancini, hummus con pan pita, corn ribs, pork belly bites, tostada de atún, pesca del día, hamburguesa y postres.

En general, fue una estancia muy cómoda y con muy buen trato. Lo recomiendo especialmente si viajan con perritos y buscan un lugar con buen ambiente, buena atención y detalles que hacen sentir bienvenido al huésped.

Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. La cama era enorme y contaba con aire acondicionado. Todo el establecimiento estaba muy limpio. La alberca en el rooftop era chiquita pero suficiente para refrescarte. El desayuno que incluía el hotel estaba muy rico. También nos gustó que nos proporcionaron toallas y sombrilla para la playa. Estaban cerca de muchos establecimientos para comer o cenar. A destacar la amabilidad y disposición de todo el personal, te ayudaban para pedir taxis, ofrecían actividades, pueden guardar el equipaje si el último día salís más tarde, se adaptan para realizar la habitación en el momento que mejor os vaya. Estaban pendientes de ti en todo momento, un verdadero 10 en atención.

Above all, incredible guest experience: staff was just lovely, available any time for all inquiries - you don’t get this treatment in any 5 star hotel!

Two main things were stand outs:
1) The service. The hotel personnel were exceptional to help, to assist, to answer questions, etc. Absolutely incredible.
2) The food. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant. Its super low-key and un-pretentious, but the food they serve is outstanding. Especially in a city where seafood dominates the show, the restaurant provides very different options and all at top notch chef levels

Other aspect I appreciated after the fact was the location. It was close enough to the beach to enjoy a walk during sunset; also close enough to the hustle & bustle of La Punta area, but far enough that the noises of the city don't reach you

Variety of options for breakfast that offers both local and western foods. The flavors are rich and filling which was a plus as it was included with our stay.

The rooms are stunning and so clean. With a beautiful aesthetic. And the staff is so welcoming and accommodating.

המקום מקסים, מאוד אסתטי, החדרים מרווחים וגדולים, יש אווירה מאוד כיפית ושמחה במלון הזה. הצוות כולו מקסים מקסים, ועוד לפני שהגענו יצר איתנו קשר לראות אם אנחנו צריכים עזרה בהגעה ובכללי בכל דבר. כשהגענו קיבלו את פנינו עם קוקטיילים וחיוכים. כל החוויה הייתה פשוט מקסימה, הארוחת בוקר מצוינת ומפנקת. מאוד רצינו להישאר שם לשאר החופשה שלנו, הבעיה היחידה שהמלון מעט רחוק מהמרכז, בערך 15-18 דקות הליכה.
פרט לזה כל השהות שלנו שם הייתה מושלמת ומהנה מאוד.

- Emplacement parfait dans la meilleure Colonia de Puerto: Los tamarindos (calme mais près de tout)
