Good small hotel, easy walking distance to centre.
Pros:

The location is within reasonable walking distance to the centre, and it is good value for money. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The room is very small / tight. Soundproofing is not great, I could hear people outside and in other rooms.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the attentive service and the delicious breakfast buffet.

struttura moderna, posizionata ottimamente a 20min a piedi dal centro,perfettamente attrezzata,personale estremamente gentile

essendo posizionato lungo una via centrale durante il giorno le camere durante il giorno sono un pó rumorose ma di notte il traffico si esaurisce

Pros:

Прекрасное место, чтобы остановиться на несколько ночей. В 15-20 минутах пешком Площадь Республики. Рядом есть аптека и крупный продовольственный магазин. В номере, хоть вид и был на дорогу, было очень тихо. Хоть номер по площади был маловат, но в нём было всё необходимое. Очень понравилось внимание и забота от персонала гостиницы. Обязательно остановлюсь ещё раз. Прекрасное место, рекомендую!

Cons:

Вай-фай работал, имел хорошую скорость, но не всегда был стабильным. Иногда сам по себе прерывался. Также если вам нужно из номера поработать - это не всегда удобно из-за отсутствия письменного стола. Если сидеть за столом, где телевизор - получается низковато.

Cosy hotel with warm and welcoming staff who genuinely care about their guests and make you feel right at home.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. For us, it was the perfect introduction to Armenia — warm, welcoming and a lovely way to begin our journey.

Lo staff molto gentili ed educati (eccellente). Pulizia ottima. La posizione è buonissima dal centro solo 15 minuti.

Cons:

La camera. Troppo piccola e senza tavolino e nessuna sedia (solo uno sgabello,ma per mettere la valigia.. Aria condizionata direttamente sulla testa e quindi di notte non utilizzabile. Nella doccia perdeva acqua e bagno bagnato ad ogni doccia. Esposizione molto scarsa. C'era un balcone chiuso...e non affacciava da nessuna parte. Direi un 3 stelle

Excellent service, very helpful staff and a smooth experience from start to finish.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. Communication before arrival was quick and easy, and they went out of their way to help us arrange the payment in advance, which made everything much easier. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Really excellent service and a very positive experience.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.
