Cons:

Instalaciones viejas, la alberca tenía el agua verde y apestosa. El restaurante fue lento y no sabía muy bien la carne de la hamburguesa que pedimos. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y no enfriaba la habitación se sentía vaporosa durante la noche. La televisión no funcionó nunca.

El baño estaba tapado, sin paprk higienico,no habia televisor, tuve que pedir cambio de habitacion por que me dieron. Una conectada a ptra puertas abiertas por mi seguridad pedi el cambio.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Muy agradable y rápido proceso de check-in y check-out, además el personal muy atento a cualquier hora. La limpieza y confort es lo principal

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no supe si estaba mal configurado en su panel pero se apagaba y encendía solo, y me alcanzaba a dar un poco de calor entre eso

Pésima experiencia en facturación
Cons:

Al salir muy temprano solicite la factura la cuál no me enviaron, por medio de la plataforma eh intentado su apoyo para facturar sin éxito y cuando llamo al hotel no contestan o cuelgan el teléfono.
Además las instalaciones son muy viejas
