Outstanding service, amenities, and cleanliness! Highly recommend Ruby for your Florence adventure!
Pros:

Ruby Bea was a perfect stay in Florence. The staff here is off-the-charts friendly, knowledgable, and having the lobby bar / reception open 24/7 is a godsend. The rooms are more modern, and gave us plenty more space than any other location we stayed at in Italy. It's clean, and convenient, with even a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel. For our 3 nights there on our Honeymoon, this location could not have been smoother and easier during our stay. Highly recommend!

Cons:

If I had to be knit-picky, the location is just a LITTLE more north of the main Florence city activities than you want it to be. That said, we are still talking about only a 15-20 minute walk to most tourist attractions in Florence. And again, there are convenient public transportation options right outside your door if you don't want to walk. A good thing about it being not in the heart of everything -- sleep is totally doable because it's peaceful and quiet by Ruby Bea!

Unique maze-like hotel that is modern, very clean and a bit confusing to get around. Great stay!
Cons:

There was no access to an iron in the room. When we asked, we were told that one is available in the common area. That is not something we have come across anywhere else. If one is not present in the room, at least it should be delivered to the room, once we request one.

Exceptional staff, location, value and vibe !
Pros:

Great location with easy access to city, airport and train station. Exceptional staff, friendly atmosphere, great rooms. Fab breakfast. Very cool !!!

Pros:

Great room - we enjoyed the radio the most - and the location was really convenient and transportation - close. The staff were really nice too.
