Excellent stay !
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and reach all major attractions.

The bar served excellent coffee, which was a great way to start each day.

What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness created a warm atmosphere throughout our visit.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, lack of the hotel usuals
Pros:

Very good location, about 15-20min (by foot) away from the main attractions, clean and comfortable

Cons:

Lack of amenities, no kettle, no coffee machine; Lack of the basics, like for instance I was expecting some disposable hotel flippers; you can get some from a vending machine located on the main hall but the price is not justified - I m not buying designer flippers.

Mega schönes Hotel, Top Lage, sehr tolles Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war hervorragend. Die Lage für die Stadt ist top und die Tram ist vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und genug Auswahl, auch für mich als Vegetarier. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und genug Platz für zwei Personen. Euer Hotel werden wir sicher wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen!!!!! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei euch und nochmals: ein suuuuuuuper, nettes Personal. Danke für alles!!!!!

Hôtel à proximité des transports, propres dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Le tram au pied de l’hôtel, le calme et l’insonorisation des chambres

Cons:

Pantoufles payantes à 15 euros , étonnant pour un 4 étoiles .
Pas de frigo dans la chambre et petite bouteille d’eau disponible au distributeur de l’étage pour 3,60 euros …

The staff was amazing and the room was nice.
Pros:

I love the assistance for a taxi, the coffee and the apple cider/ turmeric shots for breakfast. I also loved the water in the lobby.

Cons:

I wish the room was a little bit bigger when it comes to two people. I wish the rooms has microwaves and fridges instead of a an amp or speaker.

Pros:

El personal la verdad es que es super agradable.

Cons:

Booking marca que todas las habitaciones tienen vistas a la ciudad, cosa que es mentira, la nuestra daba a un patio interior, que estaba con una plaga de pulgones rojos que parecían arañas. La verdad que como persona con aracnofobia no fue nada agradable encontrarme esos pulgones por el pollete de la ventana y en la cama (también encontramos una araña en la cama el primer día). Nos parece que tardaron mucho en darnos una solución, y en un principio le quitaron importancia diciendo que era normal en esta época del año, pero como no tenían otras habitaciones libres no podían hacer nada. Finalmente nos dejaron una habitación con vistas a la ciudad, y más alta y ya ahí no había.

Все пять ночей спали глубоко и спокойно
Pros:

Ооочень дружественный персонал! Хорошие завтраки, очень хорошо убирали номер. В номере ВСЁ работает, всё новое. Wifi летает. Такси, вызванное на reception приезжает через 5-7 минут. Очень тихий номер 214. В баре нормальный выбор напитков.

Cons:

Кровать в нашем номере стоит слишком близко к стене и телевизору, и её нелься подвинуть хотя бы на 10 см. Это не очень удобно, но это реально единственный (!) недостаток.
