Nothing, when we reached at location they just said ..we r fully booked. Because we didn't payed before Because they mentioned on their site payment at Arrival. So didn't stay in that hotel. We stayed in some other hotel.

Just the distance from the centre and the beach!

Cons:

Nothing actually. It was not well maintained. The beds, bed covers, and bed sheets were dirty, and we found some bed bugs in the bed! We are very much disappointed.
Please value this feedback and maintain the property properly and keep it clean and well-maintained. That’s when you guys will get to see good customers.

Don’t give untrustworthy hotels for booking which made me suffer in this trip and once we went to the stay they said all rooms are full then why should I use booking.com for this nasty things, I should have gone for another option my mistake to trust this platform, please don’t give trust like this and the hotels does the same thing and many have suffered yesterday who booked on booking.com

The location is good and conveniently located. Shops, restaurants, and other essential places are easily accessible. Check-in was straightforward

Cons:

The property was very different from what was shown in the listing. The photos appeared to be misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed sheets were dirty, and the toilet was unhygienic. The room had only a strip light, making it feel dull and uncomfortable. My complaints were not taken seriously, and the staff were unprofessional in handling them. Basic amenities such as soap and a comb were not provided. I had booked and paid for a two-night stay, but due to the poor cleanliness, misleading property presentation, and lack of proper service, I checked out after just one night. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
