Worst Stay despite a good location

The location is good and conveniently located. Shops, restaurants, and other essential places are easily accessible. Check-in was straightforward

Cons:

The property was very different from what was shown in the listing. The photos appeared to be misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed sheets were dirty, and the toilet was unhygienic. The room had only a strip light, making it feel dull and uncomfortable. My complaints were not taken seriously, and the staff were unprofessional in handling them. Basic amenities such as soap and a comb were not provided. I had booked and paid for a two-night stay, but due to the poor cleanliness, misleading property presentation, and lack of proper service, I checked out after just one night. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Mainly the location of the property and price was decent. I had a word with manager or owner to sort out some things.
