Preiswertes „ Hotel“ mit sehr rudimentärem Service
Pros:

sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal , auf Anforderung gab es immer Wasser und Toilettenpapier,
die Koffer wurde hochgetragen, Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert
zentrale Lage, mitten in Altstadt mit schnellem Zugang zur Neustadt und naheliegender Metro

Unterbringung im Nebengebäude
Zimmer kleiner als erwartet
Keine Nachtischlampe
Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Übernachtungen nur einmal auf Aufforderung
Frühstücksraum im Keller
Ausblick Zimm auf ca 2Meter entfernte Hauswand

Pros:

molto accogliente! nel cuore di Baku a due passi da tutte le attrazioni del centro storico. struttura molto bella e colazione deliziosa servita al tavolo.

Cons:

nuilla. C'è da dire che le camere si raggi8ngono salendo le scale quindi è scomodo per chi ha un passeggino o difficoltà di deambulazione.

Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in Baku …with attentive staff, a great Old Town location, and superb rooms
Pros:

I would highly recommend the Old Baku Hotel. The entire staff is exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and consistently available to assist guests. Furthermore, the hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Old Town, and the accommodations were superb – featuring a beautiful terrace with a pleasant view and immaculate maintenance. It truly warrants a 10 out of 10 in every aspect

Main section might be boutique, but the one we were in was not.
Pros:

Location - the middle of old town
The staff were pretty pleasant…

Cons:

Well, we were clearly not put in the boutique section but a new next door Accomodation that was pretty bland. Roof terrace had a nice view but wasn’t clean and cleaned while we were there. Sink did not work , asked twice to fix - didn’t quite happen .

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal!!
Pros:

Super Lage in der Altstadt.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Frühstück konnte auf Anfrage auch schon vor offizieller Zeit erfolgen.

mooie kamer super centraal gelegen in de prachtige oude stad
Pros:

prima ontbijt - normaal gezien pas vanaf 8u30 maar is toch vervroegd naar 8u ivm hotelgasten zoals wij die op tijd naar de luchthaven moesten

Cons:

ik had een "presidential suite" geboekt, een ruime kamer met daarin 2 aparte slaapkamers, die bleek echter niet te bestaan. Voor ons nu geen probleem, wij kregen 2 kamers naast elkaar, maar voor wie met jonge kinderen reist is dit toch een serieuze misleiding

Pros:

Sentral beliggenhet.

Cons:

Dårlig hygiene, skittent rom. Hår og støv på badet. Luktet sterk kloakklukt på bad. Ingen rengjøring av personal de dagene vi sov der. Vi måtte selv spørr om mer toalettpapir.

Very bad experience and racist behaviour
Pros:

Location is good in the old town but not reachable with taxi

Cons:

We are an international couple and were treated in a very racist way, they confronted us with the police at 2 o’clock in the morning. The communication was not professional and we would highly recommend not to book this hotel again. Be aware of the unprofessional behaviour of the staff and no room service without asking for it.

Отель не понравился. Высокая цена себя не оправдывает. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.
Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное, в отеле и номере очень чисто. Персонал вежливый. Это единственные плюсы.

Cons:

В номере люкс очень большая и удобная кровать, но с одной стороны она стоит вплотную к окну и это неудобно, также поэтому только одна прикроватная тумбочка. Всего 2 розетки на номер. Столик и 2 стула стоят под кондиционером, сидеть некомфортно, можно простудиться. В номере есто миникухня, но она абсолютно пустая. Зачем? Туалетная комната узкая и тесная. Унитаз стоит напротив душевой кабины и дверь в душевую при открытии упирается в унитаз, тесно входить и выходить из душевой кабины. Только одно зеркало в номере, в ванной комнате над раковиной.
Завтрак очень скудный. На 2-х человек: 3 кусочка сыра, 3 кусочка масла, оладьи тоже 3 штуки. Почему только 3?
Ячница каждому. Кофе это просто вода.
