An Experience so bad that we decided to end our stay after just 1 night (had booked for 2 nights)
Pros:

NOTHING. Maybe the only fact that the day staff tried to hear me out on my feedback about the pathetic quality of the bedspread, the stink in the washroom, and the dust in the cupboard. They were polite and respectful.

Where to start! Please dont go by the property pictures. I had booked two rooms and the bedspread on the beds was full of stains of god only knows what. When complained the staff explained that they are the new management and they got this property only 2 days ago. They got sheets to change but even they were full of stains and holes. When the bed spread was removed to be changed, I could see so many stains on the bed that I was shocked. Seemed like blood to me..maybe something else, but you never know. The closet had lost its door and was full of dust, same in the other room. There was a nasty stink in both the washrooms. At night there was a power cut and the backup was not turned on (in Chennai heat). So at around 2 AM when I went out to ask why it hasn't turned back on, I was told to wait as the power will come in sometime. When asked to why wait, I was told that the backup generator has no diesel..lol. We had booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving after one night itself. I could risk driving back to Bangalore half tired and sleepy than stay in that room for another day. Overall, very bad experience.

Worst service from booking.com
Pros:

We couldn’t check in the property as the it was closed 2 days ago due to electricity cut, even booking.com was not informed us regarding this.
We had to search for another hotel in the midnight
Already reported to booking.com however no proper response from booking.com.

Everything I didn't like, very very very poor booking experience. Don't know why this booking.com is becoming very worst in showing hotels like this. Seriously gonna stop bookings from booking.com. No ac, no tv, no water, no towel, no soap, no heater, asked to wait more than 30 mins to provide room. There is no waiting area or chair to sit just we literally stood more than 30 mins . Still they clean room. Further please provide the genuine room photos and amenities. Worst experience.
