La habitación tenía una pequeña gotera, pero lo comentamos y nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación.
Notre hôte a été adorable et très disponible pour nous, surtout pour mon compagnon qui s’est blessé : étant pharmacienne, elle lui a prodigué des médicaments et conseils très utiles. Merci encore !

El trato del personal fue maravilloso nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y se portaron genial con el check out tardío. Alquilamos unas bicis para dos adultos y un niño y en el momento que hubo un pequeño percance con la bici del niño nos las cambiaron sin problema.

Rendkívül kedves személyzet, mindenben segitőkészek! Van lehetőség bicikli bérlésre is, ami a környéken különösen hasznos. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesek. Nagyon nyugodt környezet.

In so early when my slipper arrived an hour earlier at 5:30 am. All the amenities are fabulous and the room is very luxurious. Very good breakfast! They even have a good massage service to your room with a very good price. Highly recommended!

Personal amable en grado máximo, nos ayudó con el alquiler de la moto, el checkin temprano, el traslado a la Bahía de Ha Long.
El desayuno era variado y muy bueno, fruta espectacular.
Piscina útil para los días de calor y cama y habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
Sin lugar a dudas no dudes en quedarte aquí si quieres visitar esta zona de Vietnam.

Most of the breakfast had a lid not all, so flies can enter.
The bathroom was dirty a lit of hair from persons befire.
The water tap was complete lose, beds matras hard that was not my favorite.
Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem.
Der Pool hatte eine sehr trübe Farbe, deshalb sind wir nie baden gegangen. Das Bad war etwas schmudelig und könnte von einer ordentlichen Grundreinigung sehr profitieren. Insgesamt müsste der Ort einmal richtig geputzt werden, es würde damit viel mehr her machen.
