Absolutely everything. The room was spacious, and bathroom facilities were fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and included tea/coffee, fruit, eggs and rice. The pool was also a great feature to cool down in, following visiting the various sights. The family and staff at Sparrow’s went out of their way to make our 14 day stay amazing.

The rooms are super cozy, with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom is luxurious, the swimming pool was nice to have and the staff was super welcoming and friendly

Good place, good staff, litle hard to find the location
Owner was very helpful on our trip and spoke great English, provided us with a motorcycle to drive and also a ride to Halong City easily when we left. The hotel was very flexible and accommodating and gave us a very pleasant stay
A fridge would be great
Kind host and staff, possibility to rent scooters and bikes, calm at night, spacious room, nice bathroom.

Lovely location. Quiet and calm. Tucked away down the little streets. Owner is really responsive and helpful and with excellent english! Rooms are lovely, clean, tall cielings, good AC and pretty modern.
The breakfast buffet in the morning is really nice and is bustling with all the guests. Any eggs how you want, pancakes, rice, lots of fruit!
Bike rental and the host has lots of information and reccomendations too
The lady who owns the hotel is so kind! The home stay is very clean, lovely pool and really nice breakfast. She upgraded our room for free and even let us check in later in the day. The location is great and close to everything. Definitely would recommend staying here

The pool was crowded and was often being used by kids early in the morning. We did stay over the weekend though.

Номер нам дали тот, что был забронирован, он полностью соответствует фото. Удобные кровати, чайник, шкаф и удобный диванчик со столиком. Холодильник общий на кухне.
Территория очень компактная, но уютная. Есть бассейн, бильярд.
Завтраки отличные, есть хлеб, можно сделать тосты, жареный рис с овощами и яйцом, большой выбор фруктов (ананас, манго, маракуйя, бананы, питахайя, папайя) и на выбор блюдо из яиц.
Персонал очень приветливый, всем помогут, все подскажут.
Мы жили 4 дня, у нас не убирались, но нам и не надо было, если честно). Предполагаю, что уборка проводится по запросу.
В ванной комнате нет розетки, а зеркало только там). Сушили волосы в комнате на ощупь)

La maison est à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Je conseille tout de même un scooter ou un vélo pour les plus sportifs.
Un petit frigo dans la chambre aurait été au top. Mais que du positif pour cette expérience chez sparrow's homestay.
