Verrassend positief!
Pros:

Goed concept. Weinig personeel gezien. Kregen code voor de voordeur en sleutelkastje. Auto kreeg zelfde parkeerplaatsnummer als ons kamernummer. Ook de ontbijttafel stond al op ons kamernummer klaar. Geen uitgebreid, maar wel een prima ontbijt. Er is ook een zelfbedieningsbar waar je o.a. diverse speciaalbieren kon halen die je bij vertrek kon afrekenen. Mooie tuin waar je lekker in kon zitten. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Durbuy.

Cons:

Op de gang was het erg warm. De ramen van de kamer stonden lekker open, zodat de temperatuur daar prima was, maar omdat je naast de rivier zit hadden we dus wel muggen... een muggenhor zou dus niet gek zijn

Teleurgesteld door gedoe met sleutel en rekening.
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch; rustig, maar toch bij het centrum.

Cons:

We hadden een eigen badkamer, maar die was op de gang met de kamersleutel die zowel aan de binnen als de buitenzijde van zowel kamer als badkamer gebruikt moet worden. Dit leidde tot veel gedoe en mogelijk overlast bij andere gasten. Dat is niet van deze tijd en had vooraf duidelijker moeten zijn, maar vooral in praktische zin handiger opgelost moeten worden. Na thuiskomst worden we nu al even achtervolgt over het niet betalen van twee drankjes bij de bar, terwijl we dit met een bankpas gedaan hebben en voor iedereen duidelijk moet zijn. Heel vervelend, vooral omdat de personeelsleden heel vriendelijk waren.

Nice comfortable stay in a charming little hotel who was once the City Hall of Durbuy.
Pros:

So very close to the old village and being in the once City Hall he it’s charm!

Aucun contact avec le personnel, ah si juste bref échange avec une dame pour le petit déjeuner, qui d ailleurs s est pris à l étage en plein mois d Août alors qu'il y avait une belle terrasse en extérieur 😔
