The staff are really friendly, on site laundry, the buffet breakfast is really yum, beach access to Arkbar, close proximity to everything.

Suitable for those wanting a lively location
Pros:

The location, although it was very noisy being right under the flight path! However if you want to be centrally located to bars and restaurants it would be a good choice.

The food served at lunch was very good and reasonably priced. The bar staff were great.

Cons:

It felt like it was aimed at 18-30 holidays with very basic amenities and a price list in the room for breakages/danage/theft. I realise this is probably due to their experience but it didn’t give a great impression.
The pool is small with limited sun beds, but the hotel is right in the beach so if that’s your preference you’ll be happy.
We left after 1 night; no refund (ok - it was our choice) but also no acceptance of our comments / feedback.

Good property to stay with family.
Pros:

Close proximity to the beach and great location. Good value for money.

Cons:

No elevators. If you have older people with you, message the property to reserve a room at the bottom floor many days prior to your the trip.

El desayuno esta genial! Las instalaciones perfectas, la piscina , la verdad que nos ha encantado y calidad precio está brutal! Además está en la mejor zona de Chaweng. Es verdad que la playa no es accesible xq hay rocas, pero esque las mejores playas de Samui no están en Chaweng. Volvería sin pensarlo
