Very satisfied with the staff, accommodations, and surroundings. We will definitely be back again.
Pros:

Very guest oriented, family, friendly, and accommodating to all.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of service, which slowed things down a little bit getting around, and there was construction around the property, which was a little frustrating, but obviously no fault of the hotel.

This was just an average hotel with high prices.
Cons:

This hotel is way over priced for the quality. It was really nothing special, I could have stayed somewhere less expensive & had better service. The beds are very uncomfortable & the couch in my room was was extremely uncomfortable. The housekeeping attendants did not leave extra ice bucket or trash can liners in our room. I do not plan on ever staying at this location again.

Made our trip to Grand Rapids a very memorable trip.
Pros:

The reason I picked this hotel was because there were 3 women traveling and we each wanted our own bed. You were the only place that offered 2 beds and 1 sofa couch. Your sofa couch was very comfortable - room was very spacious - meet our needs and more. Your made to order breakfast was awesome and we didn't expect that. Parking was easy and we felt very safe. Also it was a pleasant surprise to find out you had a little reception & you gave 1 complimentary beer or wine & a few munches.

Welcoming and relaxing.
