Un hôtel de style roykan très haut de gamme
Pros:

Tout était parfait, de la suite incroyable au dîner et petit déjeuner japonais. Le meilleur accueil de notre séjour, le personnel et au petit soin.

Pros:

Everything! I had a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Cons:

If I had to pick one downside, it would be the location. It's not particularly close to the station, but they provide a pickup and drop-off service, so it wasn't a big issue.

もう一度泊まりたいと思える旅館
Pros:

何もかもです。
アメニティ系は最高でした。
私は男性ですが、生まれて始めて、顔面パックをやりました。
癖になりそうです。
シャンプーやボディソーブ、ドライヤーなども、高価なものを使われてます。
また、宿泊した部屋は、庭もあって、景色がよく、24時間いつでも快適に入れる温泉風呂もあり、家族みんなが気持ちよく過ごせました。
1泊だけでは、もったいないと感じました。

Cons:

惜しいと感じたのは、洗面所の照明が少し暗いかな。
あとは、温泉風呂で、身体洗ったりするときに座っている椅子が少し傾いているので、お尻に石鹸がつくと、滑って落ちそうになりました。
排水の関係で床が斜めになっているのは理解できますが、ちょっと急過ぎるかな。

Happy with the experience
Pros:

i like the space, the overall serenity & privacy, the attentivenss of staff, the great and beautiful meals - which allows one to relax and feel pampered.

Cons:

The onsen in our room - not allowed to refill ur onsen water & temp of water is managed by hotel.

The hospitality was absolutely incredible. Miriam exceeded our expectation. and was absolutely fabulous. The service was impeccable. The beds were divine. The food was decadent and the service was lovely.

Pros:

The staffs were very kind and the hotel dinner was excellent. They informed a local restauranvst named Hayashi, where we could experience an authentic Kyoto-style izakaya.
