Près du centre-ville, petit-déjeuner exceptionnel et gentillesse.
Pros:

Cordialité et gentillesse de tout le personnel, chambre spacieuse avec balcon, excellent emplacement de l'hôtel et petit-déjeuner très riche et varié.

Le principe de facturation de la taxe de séjour. Réservation pour 6 personnes mais nous n'étions que 5 suite à une défection durant le voyage. Par contre la taxe a été comptabilisée pour 6 personnes. Booking oblige selon l'établissement

Pros:

Petit déjeuner : Gourmand.
J'ai aimé le balcon au niveau de la chambre.
Le personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Pas de chaise ou un petit fauteuil dans la chambre.
Mettre un peu plus de sachets de thé et de nescafé et des bouteilles d'eau au frigo a l'arrivée.

Un 4 étoiles ???? Certainement pas, juste un 2 etoiles en France.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable ( merci à Aziza et Asna !! ) Hotel propre. Personnel réactif en cas de probléme ( douchette cassée et reparée dans la journéé) et à l'ecoute du client.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain tres petites. Mauvaise situation dans un quartier residentiel sans interet ( je me suis basé sur les commentaires clients, je ne comprend pas ceux qui ont trouvé l'hotel bien placé! Peut-etre juste pas loin d'une ligne de tramway...). Le petit dejeuner n'est pas continental ( il s'agit d'une prestation identique tous les matins), dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de fruits. Dans notre chambre il y avait un trou dans la porte de la SdeB et deux trous dans la cloison qui la sépare de la chambre. Hotel relativement cher pour le Maroc.
