Úchvatné výhledy a poloha
Pros:

Měli jsme pokoj s výhledem na jezero. Když vejdete do pokoje v první chvíli jste unešení! Nádherné výhledy, kterých se nejde nabažit. Pokoj byl zařízen stylově. Byl prostorný a měl vše, co bylo třeba. Koupelna s okýnkem umožňující vidět na jezero. Snídaně famózní! Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál.

Cons:

Hotel je tvořen propojením více budov a není vždy jednoduché se orientovat. Pomohlo by také více informací o provozu a způsobu fungování restaurací a baru, nikde nejsou otvírací hodiny ani návod, kam jít v dané situaci. Wellness část je menší, rovněž poměrně složitá na pochopení fungování, avšak skýtá bazén a vířivku přímo u jezera a to je působivé. Nicméně ocenili bychom opravdu více dostupných informací.

The location and lake front facilities cannot be beat. We had a huge spacious suite with fantastic view of the lake, big living room and a soaking tub. The breakfast was incredible and the restaurant staff was so kind and remembered us everyday. We enjoyed the lakefront pool and hot tub and the spa facilities including the indoor pool with features (look for start button on the wall), steam room, 3 saunas and multiple lounge areas. Loved being in the heart of town to walk and explore stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Kinda confusing to figure out the multiple elevators and how to get to where you want to go but finally figured it out. Massage therapist was on vacation that week but other services were offered and its off season now so the pool bar was closed but we asked and they did send us a waiter to order drinks from which was very nice.

Frühstück und Pools waren top.

Cons:

Direkt unter unserem Zimmer haben ab 6.30 Uhr morgens die Lieferanten auf- und entladen was super laut war und nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken war. Die Matratzen waren schon ordentlich durchgelegen. Die Badewannendusche war super eng. man konnte sich kaum drehen und der Duschkopf war auf ca. 1.5m montiert, was für grössere Personen ungeeignet ist. Das Personal an der Reception war eher unfreundlich.

I think I will still stay here if I come again.
Pros:

The room is clean, and well set up. There is no A/C, which pushed me to be outside. This is good for me. The view of the swimming pool is very nice. The breakfast is also good. good view and good food. Location is very good, it's just in front of the lake. My room is in the reception building, has a small balcony, with some late veiw. the room in the restaurant can has a full lake veiw. I think that would be super nice.
