Pathetic staff experience. Not trained well

Staff was so poorly trained. After checkout they left luggage out in the open as if they are done with courtesy as soon as guest checks out

Walking on the main road is risky and does not feel safe.

Problem in maintenance ...the room initially allocated was not proper. AC was not working and other issues. However the hotel staf provided an alternative room in the night.
