Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere.

The only downside was that we had to wait a little longer than expected for the host during check-in. However, once we arrived, everything went smoothly.

One of the highlights was the beautiful garden with the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. We also really liked the cozy common areas in the courtyard, where it was nice to sit and spend some time.

Overall, it was a good experience, and we would recommend this accommodation to others. We would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing stay in a wonderful location!
Pros:

Location was amazing, rooms were spacious, functional and super aesthetic. Great external spaces to chill and hang out!

Cons:

Nothing! It would be handy if there was an external toilet outside of the rooms to use when in the spaces though.

המקום יפה ומטופח, אבל יש כמה בעיות.
הזמנו חדר זוגי וקיבלנו חדר עם מיטה וחצי קטנה מאוד, המזגן לא עבד אז העבירו אותנו בין חדרים,
המיטה קשה ולא נוחה והמצעים מוכתמים, היינו 9 לילות רצופים ואפילו פעם אחת לא הביאו לנו נייר טואלט, לא נכנסו לנקות את החדר, לא נתנו לנו מגבות חדשות (היינו צריכות ללכת לקחת מהחדר), השירות כלפי אורחים אחרים לא היה נחמד (אסור להכניס אורחים-רק בתשלום), כשאירחנו 2 חברים הם שילמו על השהייה ולאחר מכן עובד אחר אמר שלא חייב לשלם אם לא נכנסים לבריכה-אחרי שהחברים שלנו כבר שילמו,
הבריכה מלאה בעלים ובחרקים-ביקשתי בעצמי את המקל לניקוי הבריכה מהמנקה והיא לא מצאה אותו,
היו לנו הפסקות חשמל של כמה שעות והפסקת מים, כשהמים חזרו היו רק מים קרים ולא חמים למשך 3 ימים.

Schlechtes Timing
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll und das Personal war zumindest bemüht die aufgetretenen Probleme zu beheben.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und man konnte sich daher kaum im Zimmer aufhalten vor Hitze und Luftfeuchtigkeit. Als dies dann endlich um Mitternacht behoben wurde fiel nach nur einer halben Stunde der Strom im gesamten Hotel (nach Aussage der Hotelbetreiber im ganzen Block) aus. Dies kommt scheinbar regelmäßig in Zicatela vor, weshalb ich nicht noch einmal zu dieser Jahreszeit dorthin gehen würde. Durch die Hitze war nicht an Schlaf zu denken und auf Nachfrage gab es auch keine Preisreduktion oder ein sonstiges Entgegenkommen

O espaço é incrivel e muito bem decorado. Boa localização mas longe do barulho

La piscina y terraza con mesa de beer pong fabulosas, el personal fue muy atento y la ubicación es buena.

Estuvimos un dia sin agua, el aire acondicionado funciono con muchas intermitencias (crucial un buen AC cuando hay temperaturas de 28°C promedio dia y noche), habían muchas hormigas en la habitación y las toallas olían feo

We loved the property and the staff!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Casa Kai. The property is beautiful with an amazing shared kitchen and a lovely pool. We loved the morning coffee service and felt pampered by the friendly, helpful staff. They were there to greet us and make us feel at home and were quick to help in any way to make our stay better. The casa is just a few blocks from the beach and close to great cafes and grocery stores.

Cons:

The only downside was loud construction next door but this is obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Amazing location, staff, and facilities!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Kai! It was the perfect location for going to the beach and restaurants in La Punta Zicatela, the room was super clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the pool/kitchen/rooftop areas were an added bonus. While the facilities were amazing, the best part was the owner, Lady. She was so helpful during my stay and made sure I had everything I needed and more. I felt so welcomed and will be booking at Casa Kai again the next time I'm in Puerto!

Pros:

Unterkunft mit tollem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Absolutes Highlight ist Lady, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Super herzlicher Mensch.

Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Haben alles was man braucht. Entsprechen den Fotos. Den Pool teilt man sich meist nur mit einer anderen Partei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt Selbstversorger.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas klein und die Tür geht nur halb auf, da sie dann gegen das Waschbecken stößt.
