Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en de ligging in het centrum van Antwerpen was top! De kamer was ook goed en vrij ruim.

Cons:

Het hotel zag er wel anders uit dan op de foto's. Beetje verjaard en niet alles zag er onderhouden uit. De parkeergarage was erg smal.

Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro bom. Funcionários gentis e amigáveis. Localização boa, ficando próximo da estação de trens e a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais atrações.

Cons:

Café da manhã só o básico, com poucas opções. Não tem frigobar no quarto.

Pros:

Locatie is perfect! Tussen t station en t stadspark. Super dat je onder t hotel kunt parkeren (tegen n redelijke prijs). Na t uitchecken mochten we gewoon blijven staan daar!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Overal schimmel, een rookmelder waar de kap vanaf was, zeer gehorige kamers en geen privacy, want er staat een enorm wooncomplex dichtbij. Die mensen kijken zo naar binnen.

Cons:

Veel. Het was maar voor één nachtje, maar de volgende keer toch maar een wat duurder hotel, want dit was wel heel erg. Spetters op de muren, schimmel overal, het was echt vies.

Good stay for a quick and active trip to Antwerpen
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception desk after check-out.
The beds were comfortable and the we had a good night.
All in all, this was a good hotel for an active stay in the city.

Cons:

There were some dirty spots throughout the room, and the shower handles were incomplete.
The WiFi sometimes did not work.
The rooms were not very well isolated, and we could here people on the hallway quite well.

Typisches Stadthotel
Pros:

Lage war super, Betten sehr bequem und durch das Zimmer zum Hinterhof war es sehr ruhig. Die Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist sehr praktisch

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (Teppich und Hocker!) Die Badarmatur sollte repariert werden und der Fön hat nicht funktioniert.

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der nicht dem beworbenen 3-Sterne-Standard entsprach.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und das Personal war teilweise freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach aus meiner Sicht keinesfalls einem 3-Sterne-Standard. Es gab sichtbare Schimmel- und Feuchtigkeitsspuren an Wänden und Decke. Auch im Speisesaal befanden sich Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Hotels waren enttäuschend. Zusätzlich war die Abdeckung am Fahrstuhl mit Panzertape befestigt.

Bei der Ankunft wurde außerdem versucht, das Frühstück erneut abzurechnen, obwohl dieses bereits im Buchungspreis enthalten war. Am nächsten Morgen war beim Frühstück nur eine Person hinterlegt, obwohl die Buchung für zwei Personen erfolgte. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel ungepflegt und schlecht organisiert.

Locatie ligt ideaal bij centrum en station en ook dichtbij openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

Hygiëne in badkamer was niet goed. Heel veel schimmel en geen verlichting waardoor kamer ook heel muf ruikt.
