Smerig, wel een goede locatie

De locatie

Cons:

De hygiëne, de kamer was vies, er zat schimmel op de muren en in de badkamer. Ook zat er bloed op het matras en kwam ik binnen in een kamer van 30 graden. De airco blies ook bij een lage temperatuur enkel warme lucht. Te walgelijk voor woorden.

Professional , friendly, cozy, special, totally recommend it.
Pros:

My stay was really good and the hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly and professional, specially (kiran khadka) who checked me in. He met us with smile and asking if we need anything in the room just let him know and he helps immediately. This not my first stay and will not be the last. Super location, close to Antwerp central station and the center of Antwer and the shopping center.I recommend the hotel for everyone.

A very welcoming staff who really showed an interest in your comfort and satisfaction.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and quiet.
You could easily walk to the Antwerp train station, subway and trams. Also within 5 minutes there were food establishments and local mini-markets.

Cons:

There was an unexpected fuse blown late at night. I was readily able to find a staff member who turned the power back on for us. There were several rooms affected.

Pas de télécommande télé (réclamée mais non fournie au terme des 2 jours) donc pas de télé. Plus de pile dans la télécommande clim pour le chauffage donc pas de chauffage...
Graffiti religieux derrière la porte.
Petit déjeuner décevant, tout est mis au compte goutte, on ne peut pas se resservir, pas de réassort.
