Foreigners born abroad physical passport with a stamp of entry to the country less than 90 days old and a document that proves their relationship with their parents
Nationals with dual nationality present both passports, physical stamps in the Colombian passport
Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great staff, beautiful setting, comfortable room. We had a great time and enjoyed relaxing in the pools. The nature walk was a nice activity. Very close to the entrance to Los Nevados. Very good food in the restaurant and prices are fair.
Walls are thin but it’s silent once the other guests quiet down.
The location is close to Nevado del Ruiz park. The mushroom sauce is pretty good. One waiter tried to give us options that fit our diets. Another added wood to the fire since we were cold. Accommodated us to have a first floor room. Thermal pools were available most of the time. Coffee was available in the morning.
Disappointed! We've been to Termales del Ruiz a number of times since 2016 and happy with our stay until this year. There was no welcome coffee. We were not provided with hummingbird hand feeders. The bird guides only conducted tours for people who are not birders and had limited knowledge. On the "tour" the guide had only 4 hand hummingbird feeders for 11 people. We were told to share... There were so many people few hummers came to hand feeders. Our room was cramped and had only 5 inches of space between the left side of the bed and the wall making it difficult to get in bed. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The window in the bathroom doesn't close well/seal and lets cold air in. This was the same as last year and has yet to be fixed. The shower didn't shut off completely. Pools need to be cleaned and resealed since there are chunks of finish missing all over them. The food was very salty. It's better to let guests salt their own food to taste. Coffee is no longer available most of the day. We were given a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 3 days. We had to find someone to open the gate each time we wanted to drive out. We are birders and have repeatedly gone to Temales del Ruiz for the uniqueness of service, expert guides and the hand held hummingbird feeders. We can go elsewhere for thermal baths and bird watching...

Un lugar excelente para descansar con un paisaje hermoso! Los termales brindan un descanso muy bueno, el recorrido y avistamiento de aves es una experiencia muy agradable para conectar con la naturaleza 🏞️

We stayed in the cabaña for three days for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time. The private hot spring with a view of the valley and Manizales was incredible. Food was great, and staff were professional. It's hard to believe this place exists! You get to just walk around in the beautiful cloud forest and be surrounded by hummingbirds. The cabaña was a huge splurge for us, but it was so romantic! Take the opportunity to hike down to the waterfall!
