Termales del Ruiz Hotel complies with Law 679 of 2001, and warns the GUEST that sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are punished in accordance with current legal provisions.

***SCHOOL, SPORTS, CULTURAL GROUPS They must present a letter from the school or entity that is responsible for the minor signed and authenticated, parental permission signed and authenticated with the identity documents of the 3 people. Father. Mother and Child.
** FOREIGN MINOR WITHOUT PARENTS OR WITH ONE OF THE PARENTS You must provide the permission(s) of the parents with whom you enter the country
Foreigners born abroad physical passport with a stamp of entry to the country less than 90 days old and a document that proves their relationship with their parents
Nationals with dual nationality present both passports, physical stamps in the Colombian passport
Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by an adult in each room at all times. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Loved the thermal pools, very relaxing and surrounded by nature. One of the top highlights of our trip. In addition the waterfalls and nature walks with the colibri were memorable. The staff was friendly. Our waiter Manuel was excellent.
The rooms are a bit smallish. No space for your luggage and or place your items.

La habitación que nos tocó necesita algo de mantenimiento .. lámparas quemadas en el baño , persiana que no cierra bien .. pero nada muy serio
Es un lugar hermoso y tranquilo. La interacción con los colibrís es única, los senderos te llevan a cascadas y miradores espectaculares. La habitación es cómoda y las agua termales para los huéspedes son suficientes para asegurar privacidad y disfrute. En el menú del restaurante descargable la carne stroganof y el club sandwich
Algunos platos de la carta. Particularmente algunas salsas que creo podrían ser mejores la del pollo con champiñones o la de panela del cerdo. Escuché a varios huéspedes tener problemas con la pasta.

We had a wonderful stay! What we loved most was the location. The hotel is beautifully set in the mountains, surrounded by stunning scenery, making it an incredibly peaceful and relaxing place. The facilities are amazing, everything is well maintained, and the atmosphere is simply incredible.
We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was beautiful. Having our own private jacuzzi was a fantastic experience, and the suite itself was spacious and comfortable.
We’d also like to give special kudos to the staff, especially Mauricio and Daniela. They went above and beyond to help us when our kids became sick due to the altitude, and we truly appreciated the hotel’s flexibility and support during that situation. Their kindness and care made a difficult moment much easier for our family.
The only downside was that the Presidential Suite has just one bathroom. We were two adults and four kids, so it wasn’t the most practical setup for our family. That’s more of a planning issue on our part than a fault of the hotel. Next time, we’ll probably book several standard rooms instead—they’ll likely be more practical for our family and probably more affordable too.

La carretera la arreglaron mas que la última vez que fui para bajar desde la vía principal al hotel pero debería terminar de pavimentarse el pedazo que está faltando, pero el hotel todo espectacular
el sitio, en general y el concepto super lindo.
La ubicacion, NO QUEDA CERCA DE MURILLO, esta a UNA HORA Y MEDIA DEL PUEBLO, la carretera es espantosa, destapada, y muy oscura. El hotel no tiene VIGILANCIA en la noche si algo pasa no hay como recibir alguna atencion.
Todo. El enclave natural en el que está ubicado. Una maravilla.

Me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar, el personal muy atento y colaboradores.
Vi lugares un poco abandonados que por el precio del alojamiento merecen más atención. En el segundo piso en el pasillo hay una pared muy fea, en la habitación 211 que fue donde me hospedé también la pared de del baño hacia el TV tiene una parte determinada, y la cabina del baño tiene mucho hongo tiene muchas.partes negras.
