Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Todo la experiencia maravillosa, la atención excelente el hotel a mejorado las instalaciones, la verdad una experiencia maravillosa

Cons:

La carretera la arreglaron mas que la última vez que fui para bajar desde la vía principal al hotel pero debería terminar de pavimentarse el pedazo que está faltando, pero el hotel todo espectacular

el sitio, en general y el concepto super lindo.

Cons:

La ubicacion, NO QUEDA CERCA DE MURILLO, esta a UNA HORA Y MEDIA DEL PUEBLO, la carretera es espantosa, destapada, y muy oscura. El hotel no tiene VIGILANCIA en la noche si algo pasa no hay como recibir alguna atencion.

Me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar, el personal muy atento y colaboradores.

Cons:

Vi lugares un poco abandonados que por el precio del alojamiento merecen más atención. En el segundo piso en el pasillo hay una pared muy fea, en la habitación 211 que fue donde me hospedé también la pared de del baño hacia el TV tiene una parte determinada, y la cabina del baño tiene mucho hongo tiene muchas.partes negras.

Pros:

La comida, las instalaciones, el contacto con la naturaleza, la belleza de los paisajes y la amabilidad de los meseros, el personal de limpieza y en recepción.

Cons:

No hay prioridad para el huésped en los recorridos. Fuimos en pareja y no logramos obtener un bebedero para tener la experiencia de tener contacto con el colibrí. Sin embargo, fuimos a recepción a solicitar uno y nos lo facilitaron. Pero si deberían cambiar este aspecto porque es difícil tener la experiencia completa sin las herramientas necesarias.

También podrían ampliar un poco el tamaño de las habitaciones.

Las termas y la zona de alrededor estaban muy bien pues por ejemplo se podían ver aves sin salir del recinto. La cena estaba muy rica

Un hotel muy bonito
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito. Está muy bien cuidado. Las vistas son impresionantes. Siempre nublado y la experiencia de termales es muy bonito. Y ahora tienen mejor cuidado con el medio ambiente y los colibríes. Me gustó eso. Hay que tener mejor conciencia.

Cons:

Llegar hasta allá hay que hacerlo por una carretera destapada. Son aprox 4 km de destapada, obviamente no es culpa del hotel, pero ojalá arreglaran la vía para mejorar el acceso. En especial para carros bajos.

A truly unique place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy spectacular views.
Pros:

The food is amazing—everything was delicious and of excellent quality. The private pools are wonderful, both during the day and at night. You can relax by the pool and enjoy a drink while taking in the spectacular views. The gardens and pool areas are filled with beautiful birds and butterflies, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. Best of all, the pools are never crowded. Whether you're traveling alone or with your partner, you can enjoy a quiet and intimate experience in these small private pools. Our room was quite small, but that wasn't an issue at all since we spent most of our time enjoying the pools and the restaurant and garden. The room was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a good night's rest.

Cons:

Since we don't speak Spanish, communication at the reception was a little challenging. We weren't able to get information about how long we would need to wait, which caused some uncertainty during our arrival.
