buena atención, pero habían pelos en la cama.

O café da manhã é bom, comparado com outros lugares, tem mais opções. O processo de check in é rápido e os funcionários são gentis. O hotel fica no centro e é perto de tudo. Os quartos são bons no geral, em relação a espaço e comodidade.
Tampa da privada estava suja e fedendo à urina, claramente não havia sido lavada após uso por outros hóspedes.
Em um dia de manhã cedo o chuveiro simplesmente não saía água quente e fomos obrigados a tomar banho gelado!
O café da manhã é bom, comparado com outros lugares, tem mais opções. O processo de check in é rápido e os funcionários são gentis. O hotel fica no centro e é perto de tudo. Os quartos são bons no geral, em relação a espaço e comodidade.

Todo!! Ubicación céntrica y segura. Desayuno. Las habitaciones... (Tal vez iluminación un poco pobre).
Y en especial, mencionar a Álvaro, uno de los recepcionistas. Super simpático, dispuesto a ayudar en todo...nos hizo la estancia mucho más fácil.

Le personnel très sympathique, donne des explications sur la ville. On a pu laisser les bagages en gardiennage la journée avant de prendre un bus de nuit .
