The bed is comfortable and the room is just fair for the value.
The pool and gym facilities were not accessible during our stay. We checked the pool area and found that the water was not clean, while the jacuzzi appeared to be out of service. Additionally, the gym was not properly maintained and was not open for guest use.

موظف الاستقبال رفض دخولي الساعة 11 صباحا مع ان في موقع بوكنق كان العرض دخول مبكر وخروج متأخر.المواقف السفليه ضيقة وماتنفع للسيارات الكبيرة الفندق كان مليان فلبينيين كان عندهم احتفال وحاجزين الغرف ولاقدرت انام من اصواتهم بالاسياب وطلعت عليهم قلت لهم انتم مو بالشارع فيه ناس نايمه
Had a great stay at this hotel. The room (411) were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. Special thanks to Mohammed Nasir from the reception team for his excellent hospitality and professional attitude. النظافة سيئه ولاتتم النظافه اليوميه الا بطلب علماً انه نظام فندق المفروض دايركت يوميا تكون النظافه لكن للاسف النظافه بالطلب فقط … رائحة الغرفه رائحة مجاري . الفرشه قديمه للغايه والمفارش فيها بقع

The name was different on booking.com and the hotel name was different
Water kettle was very bad and not working, when changed again gave another one with rust.
Tea cups not washed properly
AC was getting switched off at frequent intervals
