Not upto a 4 star standard, and definitely not luxury
Pros:

Just the reception

Cons:

It's not a luxury hotel. The room was dated. The furniture, bed and amenities did not give a luxury feel. The food in the restaurant was also not up to standard. Should be advertising as a 3 star hotel.

Cons:

This may be normal for Jordan, but if you're from the US, it is below standards and would deserve 1 star at best.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:
