Regualr atención al cliente.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones con buena relación de precio.

Cons:

El horario del desayuno, en la plataforma aparece hasta las 10AM, fuimos a tomarlo a las 9:10, pero el personal de cocina nos dijo que ya no había servicio. Si no es por la señorita de recepción nos dejan sin el servicio.

Really good value for money / liked the location.
Pros:

The room was spacious enough for one person, and had all I needed. It had only fan but it was enough (no aircon), the location was great (quiet enough) and tbh Palomino is so small you are close enough to everything. The price was great- I( paid the same for dorm with other ppl in one hostel (not Rincon) close to beach with cockroaches:-)), so paying the same money for Rincon with breakfast for my own room was really good value for money! The staff did not speak very good English but everything was possible to resolve via translator and tbh I Was ish I spoke better Spanish! The staff- the male receptionist always super helpful, and the rest ok too. Overall I can’t fault.

Das Team des Hostels 🤗 um Antonia,Arelis,yaus und Yeiser 🤗 sehr nett und sehr Herzlich...besonders hervorzuheben ist die Arbeit der Reinigungskräfte/Köche 😚...sie machen ein Hervorragendes Frühstück 😋 3 tage..unterschiedliches Frühstück.

Preis Leistung passt hervorragend.

Ich wünsche euch alles Gute für die Zukunft 😇

Cons:

Der Pool bzw die Liegen könnten mal mit Auflagen bestückt werden 🙄🫩...man liegt auf Purem geriffelten Holz absolute voll Katastrophe 🫣.

Und unglaublich Schade dass man die küche nicht benutzen darf...außer ein paar Getränke zu kühlen.

El estado de las toallas del baño, estaban muy desgastadas y la atención por parte del personal el primer día nos indicaron que era posible desayunar hasta las 9 y 30 AM y el último día de nuestra estancia nos acercamos a las 9 y 10 y nos indicaron que ya no servian más desayuno, lo cuál me pareció muy molesto

Bien situé, petit et cosy, l'hôtel est à la fois proche de l'animation de la rue commerçante et suffisamment à l'écart pour être au calme.
Les chambres sont agréables malgré un mobilier de rangement minimaliste.
L'accueil des différents employés a été parfait et égal de l'une à l'autre.
Le petit déjeuner pris aux abords de la piscine est très bon.
L’établissement est bien entretenu.
La garde de nos bagages durant quelques jours nous a bien aidé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros:

Great breakfast, staff helpful. Pool was smalll but very refreshing. Its one street from main tourist road to fhe beach, so quiet but quick walk to restaurants, art sbops and clubs. Dorm room is a bit small and warm so i recommend using a regular room here.

Mucho más que un hospedaje: una experiencia inolvidable.
Pros:

Mi experiencia en Rincón del Mar Palomino fue increíble de principio a fin. El ambiente del lugar es muy agradable, las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y perfectas para descansar después de disfrutar de Palomino. La piscina, las zonas comunes y la ubicación hicieron que mi estadía fuera aún mejor.

Pero, sin duda, lo que más marcó mi viaje fue la atención del personal. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Antonia, la recepcionista. Desde el primer momento me recibió con una sonrisa, siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, recomendar lugares y hacer que me sintiera como en casa. Tiene una calidad humana enorme y una energía contagiosa. Al final de mi viaje terminamos haciéndonos muy buenos amigos, y eso hizo que esta experiencia fuera aún más especial. Personas como ella hacen que uno quiera volver.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no tengo nada negativo que destacar. Mi estancia fue muy agradable y todo el equipo hizo un excelente trabajo para que los huéspedes se sintieran cómodos.

Excelente ubicación y atención al cliente!

La ubicación es muy facil de llegar y es cercana a los puntos de comida y al río,muy central, las recepcionistas muy amables y siempre prestar ayudar! Muchísimas gracias a Antonia que nos ayudó al momento de irnos a encontrar algo que habíamos extraviado y era necesario para nuestro viaje !

Pros:

Antonia at reception was lovely, we arrived before our room was ready and she gave us a free upgrade which was really appreciated. The pool is great, it is off the main street which gives it a great location but still within short walking distance to the restaurants in town. Having the option to watch the world cup was also great.

Cons:

The wooden chairs around the pool are hilariously uncomfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and on the Saturday and Sunday night despite Rincon Del Mar shutting off the music at 9pm (appreciated) we could hear music coming from either other accomodations/the main road. A bit unfortunate. Still good value for money though. Windows in the room would go a long way too. (These are a bit nitpicky).
