Great location & nice property— limited staff means issues go unresolved

Cons:

Our rooms had lock issues when we arrived & we got locked out multiple times. 12 ppl had to share a single key & the issue wasn’t resolved until hours before leaving. Pool is also much smaller than it appears

Parking was atrocious, pool was so small, check in was very confusing. But actual room was pretty. Tvs didn't work, but didn't affect our stay.

Pros:

We had enough room for six people. We had one issue with the refrigerator I i texted my message regarding the issue.And when we got back, everything was fixed. Everyone that we did came in contact with that work.There was excellent, very polite.Very nice, it was a great experience.

Für ein Wochenende eine sehr gute Adresse
Pros:

Alles war sehr unkompliziert, obwohl es keinerlei physischen Kontakt mehr zum Personal gab.
Wohnung liegt sehr gut, Parkhaus angeschlossen. Alles war gut und ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke der kaum regelbaren Klimaanlage war eine Zumutung!

We would return in the future.....
Pros:

Our experience with the Eleanor was great. They have great security with the many different codes needed to access door, garage and your rental. Our rental was clean and everything worked. We had a couple of minor issues but they fixed them pretty fast. They did have someone in the lobby but I also messaged them on Booking.com and they responded quickly. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were fine to us. Overall we're satisfied with our stay and would return. Everything was within walking distance for the most part only about a 15 minute walk from most restaurants, the Superdome and Boubon Street. We only Uber'd to the convention center because it was a 26 minute walk and in the summer.

Cons:

The only thing we would give heads up is that the parking garage is connected to the trash compactor. So the first day it stunk bad. But they picked up trash the second day and it was fine. The homeless were not in the garage during our stay and cleanliness was okay. It would be helpful if the parking lines were redone. It was hard to know if you were in a space in some areas. Since the property doesn't own garage we understood it was outside their control.

Great place
Pros:

Was spacious , and was given a bigger apartment. We had the roof top to ourselves for a few days till the weekend started. Was near the main center . We used uber to get us to the cathedral and stuff. Pool and jacuzzi were good.

Cons:

Nothing really, Pool is like a splash pool not big at all but was good just to dip into
