An outstanding hotel in Dili.
Pros:

This is a very tastefully furnished, spacious, modern 5 star hotel. The choice of 3 restaurants, as well as room service, gives you plenty of dining options if you don’t feel like venturing out in the evening. The rooftop bar, with its fantastic, cheap cocktails and wide selection of food, is the perfect place to view the sunset over the ocean. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is neither on the beach, nor in the heart of the downtown area, so you’ll need to grab a cab or walk to many places.

Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. Good coffee shop. Top floor balcony restaurant has a good atmosphere. Helpful late checkout. Toilet hose shows great attention to detail. Quality shower. Somebody has thoughtfully designed the room fittings and features well.

Cons:

Could do with a ceiling fan.

The hotel, a true oasis in Dili welcomes one back after a long day of activities. Good memories made
Pros:

We liked the warm welcome and the hotel's overall feel and layout. The restaurant's beautiful setting was a big surprise. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The staff were very friendly, but they lacked the attention to detail to justify the price and rating. They just needed to help us find a rental car with a driver. They didn't realise we couldn't call a landline from our phones after they told us we had to call ourselves. They didn't seem helpful, but at checkout, a different front desk person was very helpful. The waiters did not seem well trained. They sometimes forgot cutlery or an ordered drink. They did not keep eye contact with customers. Different waiters attended to the table during a meal. So often, they asked for our order after we had already placed it. Sometimes they didn't communicate long wait times. They just disappeared. One boy, though, was very attentive.

Lovely stay at a true 5 star hotel in Dili.
Pros:

It is hard to find a good hotel in Dili, but the Palm Springs hotel is excellent.

Cons:

I had a problem on arrival paying with my credit card, but this is not unusual in Timor, and the manager Dea found a machine that would accept my card. It is rather stressful when a credit card does not work, but Dea was excellent at resolving my issue, and decreasing my stress level.

An absolutely exceptional stay
Pros:

An absolutely exceptional stay - Palm Springs felt like stepping into another reality, peaceful, beautiful and completely relaxing. Everything was wonderful, from the elegant atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness to the delicious food and excellent facilities. What made it truly special was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff - a place I will remember with great affection.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros:

Podobno najlepszy hotel w mieście. I hotel jest bardzo dobry, ma świetne restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem. Jedyny minus, to strasznie słabe śniadania, jak na taki hotel. Mały wybór i ilość jedzenia. Jeden mały jogurt był dzielony na 3-4 porcje. Pieczywo słabe, to samo wędliny. Tylko można było zamówić potrawy z jajek dodatkowo. Kawa okropna. Poprawić śniadania i wszystko będzie super.
