Pros:

The location of the hotel and the facilities near and part of the hotel were very nice. There are a variety of stations for different lines all within reasonable walking distance to the hotel. There's plenty of restaurants and things to do near the hotel, including a convineince store on the 1st floor of the same building as the hotel, sort of off to the side. The staff is great, they helped ship our luggage and answered any quesitons that we had. As a hotel guest there's also a free sauna/spa amenity.

Cons:

Given that the location of the hotel is pretty city center, with lots of smaller restaurants and bars, and even a club in the basement levels of the building, sometimes it can be quite loud with the parties and the drunk individuals, but its really only an issue on the weekends if you're out late.

Lived up to our expections overall it was fantastic we are planing our next trip and are going to stay again.

Sehr schöne Lage, Spa-Bereich war sehr angenehm, Möglickeit für kostenfreien Kaffee/Tee in der Lounge und zum draußen Sitzen

Good deal for Ginza
Pros:

The location is amazing! I love staying in Ginza, and this hotel offers a great price/quality ration for Japan. I didn’t find it too noisy either, but I’m not a light sleeper. I also enjoyed free soft drinks at the lobby area.

Cons:

Staff members weren’t too friendly, but the hotel was very busy, so I get that.

enjoyable Ginza stay
Pros:

staff were helpful and friendly. they stored our luggage and assisted with luggage transfers. the spa attached to the hotel was well priced, you could charge to the room and offered a discount to hotel guests. the complimentary coffee/tea machine in the reception area was great. they offered afternoon drinks, but we were not able to get back in time to have one!- there was a lounge area inside and outside seating area, nice places to sit instead of your room. room was a good size (for Tokyo!), clean, complimentary extra amenities were available at the reception area. there are many restaurants around (lively area), close to the station (a major reason we selected the hotel), Lawsons/family mart in the same building. we did not use the Onsen. they provided water daily and air con was worked really well. enjoyed the breakfast. close walk to the Ginza shopping district.

Cons:

no complaints. reception is on the 5th floor and entrance is on the side street. took us a moment to find it. was expensive but relative to Tokyo/ginza hotel pricing. no washing machines (which if this wasn't the first part of our trip, would have been an issue- but they do offer a laundry service)
