Accueil chaleureux et personnel accueillant. La piscine est vraiment appréciable, surtout en période estivale. La climatisation dans la chambre est un vrai plus, ainsi que le bar qui permet de découvrir et déguster du Cognac. La chambre est jolie et le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec un choix varié.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre est malheureusement le principal point négatif : malgré une jolie chambre, nous l’avons trouvée très sale, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est très bien dans l’ensemble, mais il n’y a pas suffisamment de réassort lorsque certains produits viennent à manquer. Il faut donc parfois attendre ou se contenter de ce qui reste.

Hôtel confortable et agréable avec personnel prévenant et accueillant.
Pros:

Emplacement près de la gare. Le passage des trains reste très discret, ce n’est pas une gêne.
La Piscine de belle taille est un plus
Taille de la chambre nº12 , douche à l’italienne très spacieuse
Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts

Cons:

Jeux de ballon devant les chambres après 22h00
Pas de mouchoirs dans la salle de bains

Situation très pratique, centre-ville, juste à côté de la gare, extrêmement calme. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Chambres climatisées et piscine : le top!
