Important information:

Full payment is required upon check-in.

Public bath is open from 15:00 to 10:00 the next morning.

The sauna is closed from 01:00 to 05:00.

When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip. Mail without the above information may not be accepted by the property.

Meal-inclusive rate does not include meals for children sleeping in existing beds. Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate. Please contact the property for details.

Un bell'albergo davanti alla stazione in posizione molto comoda...ha all'interno una bella onsen e la colazione la mattina è qualcosa di fantastico! Trovi tutti i principali piatti della cucina giapponese, ben serviti e di ottima qualità. Capita raramente di trovare un buffet così bello, ampio, buono! Per la colazione si prende un biglietto e tramite un QR code in tempo reale si segue la fila anche dalla camera. La fila puoʻ essere lunga...non mi era mai capitato di dover attendere così tanto...ma nonostante ciò ne vale assolutamente la pena!!

Cons:

A volte ci sono tempi di attesa molto lunghi per la colazione (una mattina addirittura 50 minuti)...sei comunque avvertito già al momento del check in! Occorre organizzarsi per tempo!

小樽駅の目の前にあり、抜群のロケーションで快適でした。
チェックアウトも11時までだったので、朝の散歩や小樽散策にちょうど良い感じでした。

雖然飯店有提供溫泉和消夜拉麵，但在房型的分配有問題，對於家庭入住不友善
Pros:

地點極佳，有提供溫泉和美味的宵夜拉麵。還有免費的冰棒可供食用。

Cons:

這次第二次入住，但是這次相當失望，我們是兩大兩小四個人入住，但房間是提供兩個單人小床，但上次也是同樣條件的預定，卻是住和式的房間，不明白為何四個人的住宿卻提供兩小床的房型，睡的非常痛苦。
