The apartment did not match the description on Booking.com.
The room could not be locked, which created a serious safety issue. The bathroom was advertised as private, but in reality it was shared with other guests and also could not be locked.
Because of the lack of safety and privacy, we could not stay at the property and had to book another accommodation immediately.
accommodation was clearly not as described and was not suitable to stay in.

We checked in on March 18th, but the next morning our itinerary changed, so we wanted to request an early check-out for our 14-day hotel reservation. We were willing to prepay half the cost, but the landlord disagreed, saying that a customer from the previous month had booked in advance and then cancelled before check-in, causing them a loss. But the question is, what does that previous month's guest have to do with us? Are they just trying to bully us? Furthermore, the landlord showed absolutely no willingness to negotiate throughout the process.
Returning to the hotel itself, the building was a shared accommodation. We booked two rooms, but the toilet was shared, and the hotel sheets were pilling.
Since we only stayed one night, we don't know the other details, but overall it was very bad. Hopefully, others won't be fooled.

Da vi kom til Oslo la vi inn adressen i maps. Vi ble vi vist til et helt annet sted med samme adresse ca 25 min unna med bil. Ikke verten sin feil, men greit å kjenne til. Legg inn adresse i Lørenskog.

Ellers intet å bemerke

Aufenthaltsraum und Küche waren sehr kalt, man konnte sich nicht länger dort aufhalten (Außentemperaturen etwa -7°C)
In der Küche lagen Reste von früheren Gästen, in einem Fach stank es verdächtig nach vergammelnden Lebensmitteln und Gläser mit nicht zu definierendem Inhalt ließen sich nur mit Mühe vom Boden lösen, sie waren fest angeklebt.
Es war ein Zimmer mit Bad gebucht, unser Zimmer hatte kein eigenes Bad. Der Weg zum Bad führte, auf kurzem Weg, durch das Treppenhaus und konnte von anderen Gästen genutzt werden. Zum Glück waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Unter allen Silikondichtungen und den Fugen des Bodens der Dusche waren schwarze und braune Schimmelpilze. Wir haben deshalb nicht geduscht. Im Bad stand außerdem die Waschmaschine des Hauses.
