Fantastisch!
Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, fijne faciliteiten zoals een beach volleybalveld (en bal), zwembad, en een spa. Heerlijke massage bij Minnie gehad! Ontbijt was goed, mis je iets dan kun je de medeweten altijd vragen wat er mogelijk is. Elke avond werd de kamer gesprayd met anti muggen spray. De locatie is top, vlakbij het strand en met een supermarktje op nog geen 20 meter afstand. Verder biedt het een fijn restaurant voor lunch of diner.

Cons:

De wifi op de kamer werkte matig maar dat is eigenlijk overal in Tanzania waar wij zijn geweest zo.

An Exceptional Stay at Paje by Night – A True Gem in Zanzibar.
I had a wonderful stay at Paje by Night, and honestly, it was one of those places that makes leaving Zanzibar a little bit harder.
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire property has a beautiful, relaxed and authentic Zanzibar atmosphere. It is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, beautifully maintained, peaceful, and at the same time perfectly located within walking distance of Paje Beach and the lively part of Paje. It offers that rare balance between feeling connected to the local atmosphere and having a peaceful place to retreat to.
The room and accommodation were excellent. My room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged rather than overly commercial or impersonal. The whole property has a warm, intimate character that makes you feel like you are staying somewhere with a soul, rather than simply checking into another hotel.
But what truly impressed me was the food.
The quality of the food was genuinely outstanding. I was especially impressed by the breakfast. It was not the typical basic hotel breakfast at all. There was a wonderful variety, everything was fresh, beautifully presented and prepared with great care. There were different options to suit different tastes, fresh fruits and juices, eggs, healthy choices and delicious dishes that made breakfast something to actually look forward to every morning.
I have stayed in many hotels where breakfast is simply something you have because it is included. Here, breakfast was part of the experience. The quality, freshness, presentation and variety were all at a surprisingly high level.
The restaurant was equally impressive. The menu offered a lovely range of choices, from Italian dishes and pizza to local Swahili-inspired food and seafood. Everything I tried was beautifully prepared and full of flavour.

Pros:

Il chioschetto di Winnie per il pranzo, appena esci sulla destra. La nuova stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

La poca chiarezza e poca professionalità dello staff, la poca pulizia del ristorante (piatti, tazze per il caffè, posate). La stanza (che ci è stata cambiata) che non rispecchiava le foto su booking, nonostante il prezzo medio/alto. Un' ora e mezza di attesa al ristorante per un piatto di pesce con un po' di riso.

Hôtel agréable et tout près de la plage
Pros:

Tout près de la belle plage de Paje, idéale pour le Kite surf. Mais pas sur la plage et aucune vue mer. Les bungalow sont mignons et spacieux, le jardin et la piscine très agréable. Le restaurant est bon et le personnel très sympa.

Cons:

Il y a des odeurs désagréables de fosse septique et pas mal de bruit la nuit car le petit marché de la ville donne sur l arrière de l hôtel. Prévoir les boule quies pour dormir !
Je déconseille le club de Kite avec lequel l hôtel a des tarifs préférentiels : ils ne sont pas sérieux et les instructeurs sont peu qualifiés. Il y a d autres écoles plus qualifiées sur la plage.

Soggiorno a Paje
Pros:

Il villaggio è piccolo e raccolto, immerso nel verde. Offre molto silenzio e privacy. Il personale è veramente gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento. Molto bella la zona della piscina circondata da palme stupende e tanti alberi dove si vedono animali graziosissimi come deliziosi uccellini gialli e famiglie di scimmiette. A noi è piaciuta moltissimo la colazione e la cucina a cena: davvero tutto buonissimo ed abbondante. Non dimenticheremo questa vacanza. Posizione a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Paje.

Cons:

La stabilità dei sanitari che sono davvero bellissimi.

Heart of Paje
Pros:

Paje by Night is in an excellent location, a short walk to the beach. Has an amazing 24 hour supermarket nearby. Very central to a lot of the good spots in Paje. The food is great - their pizza is great, but all their food in general was really great.

Cons:

A little better organisation with the booking process. I had to switch rooms on night 2. Internet a little iffy especially if you needing to do a little more than simple browsing.

Gutes Hotel, jedoch finden wir der Preis war recht hoch.
Pros:

Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war recht gross und geräumig und sah sehr gut aus! Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut! Vorallem die Pizzanight hat uns sehr gefallen.
Der Pool war auch recht toll!

Cons:

Was uns an meisten gestört hat, war das der Hotelbereich für jeden zugänglich war und somit immer wieder Leute und zuteil Kinder kamen die um Geld gebettelt haben oder uns was verkaufen wollten (nicht
vom Hotel). Noch dazu hatten wir eine kaputte Klima als wir ankamen, wurde aber schnell, nachdem wir uns gemeldet haben, bei der Rezeption behoben. Leider hatten wir mal einen Stromausfall und somit konnten wir uns nicht duschen, dauerte leider ein paar Stunden bis wir wieder Strom hatten, wir haben uns da gefragt wieso das Hotel nicht den Generator starten möchte.

standart kahvaltı çeşitleri var size uygun olanı seçiyorsunuz. otel direk olarak plaja açılmıyor ama yakın.

Cons:

en büyük sorunumuz sıcak su oldu. 5 gün boyunca donarak duş aldık 3 kere otel yönetimine söyledik. hiç bir sonuç alamadık.

Our stay at this property was truly exeptional.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the outdoor area was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the lovely Rahema who was always available and happy to help with anything we needed. The spa treatments were unforgettable. Thanks to the wonderful therapists and the kindness and hospitality of the entire staff. I highly recommend this property.

Lamentável
Pros:

Gostamos do staff, eram todos muito prestáveis e prontos a ajudar.
Boa localização. Próximo da praia.
Gostamos da comida do jantar.

Cons:

Honestamente, este hotel foi uma desilusão. A única razão pela qual dou a nota 4 é pela simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, caso contrário a minha avaliação seria 1.

Logo na primeira noite tivemos um problema no quarto: sempre que tomávamos banho, a casa de banho inundava. Chamaram a manutenção e disseram que o problema estava resolvido, mas no dia seguinte voltou a acontecer. Acabámos por pedir mudança de quarto e fazer um upgrade para uma suíte, que, infelizmente, não era um quarto muito melhor, a rede dos mosquitos estava rasgada por exemplo e os quartos são muito antigos e precisam claramente de renovação.

O primeiro quarto também não tinha qualquer privacidade, uma vez que as cortinas não fechavam totalmente e era possível ver para o interior e entra muita claridade.

Numa das manhãs acordámos sem água e sem eletricidade, precisamente no dia em que tínhamos uma excursão marcada para as 8h, o que foi muito desagradável.

O pequeno-almoço é muito fraco. Ficámos cinco noites e existem apenas quatro opções de prato principal, pelo que acabámos por comer praticamente sempre o mesmo. No dia do safari pedimos pequeno-almoço para levar e, apesar da boa vontade do staff, faltavam alguns dos itens pedidos.

A comida ao jantar tem boa qualidade, mas não é barato e o serviço é extremamente demorado. Houve um dia em que chegámos ao restaurante às 19h55, só recebemos as entradas às 20h50 e o prato principal apenas às 21h20.

No geral, apesar da simpatia dos funcionários e da boa comida ao jantar, os constantes problemas no quarto, a falta de privacidade, a falha de água e eletricidade, o pequeno-almoço muito limitado e a demora no restaurante fizeram com que a experiência ficasse muito aquém do esperado e até tivesse estragado um pouco das nossas férias . Infelizmente, não recomendo este hotel.
