Fui vítima de um assalto à mão armada dentro do lobby do Hilton Garden Inn Assunção, durante meu check-in no hotel. Um homem armado entrou na recepção sem qualquer barreira ou controle de segurança, apontou uma arma para mim e roubou meu relógio de luxo.

O episódio foi extremamente traumático e poderia facilmente ter terminado de forma muito mais grave, inclusive com risco real à minha vida. O que mais me chocou foi a completa ausência de segurança efetiva no hotel para impedir a entrada de criminosos armados dentro da recepção.

O caso está formalizado com boletim policial, investigação em andamento, advogados envolvidos e comunicação oficial já enviada à Hilton USA.

Como cliente Booking, considero importante registrar formalmente este gravíssimo incidente de segurança ocorrido dentro de uma propriedade listada na plataforma.

Das Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und weiter zu empfehlen. Man muss nicht ein gutes Restaurant suchen, wenn man zwitlich begrenzt ist, man kann einfach im Hotel bleiben. Außerdem hat das Hilton Garden den besten Wellnessbereich den wir je in ASU in einem Hotel gesehen haben und legen Wert darauf.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Leider war das im 3. Stock und sehr laut. Die liebe Letizia hat uns dann sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, so konnten wir ruhig schlafen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Top Lage direkt neben den 2 grossen Shopping Centers, diese sind fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Frühstück mittelmässig. Kaffee ist nicht besonders gut, wenn man guten Kaffee möchte, muss man diesen teuer bezahlen. Schwimmbad sehr klein.

Cons:

Fui assaltado dentro do Looby a mão armada, arma apontada para mim no momento do check in no dia 18/05, roubaram meu relógio. Hotel sem nenhuma segurança. Fui a trabalho e perdi literalmente todo meu emocional, semana perdida. Detalhe moro na Europa e fui ao Paraguai a trabalho, fora a distância e todo estes stress. Muito triste.
