Very clean and modern. Big spacious room, comfy bed, good shower. 2nd exit to balcony and a stairway to the roof. Joined to neighbouring homestay so can meet people and play pool, join the family dinner, chill in a hammock... which all adds to the experience. Kind family willing to help and provide. Quiet location back from the main streets but close to great food and sights. Amazing panoramic views from the rooftop
Pushed tourism packages too much for my liking. A little trickier to contact or communicate with at times but persisted with a bit of sign language

We really enjoyed our stay at Phong Nha Cherish House. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us honest advice about which tours were worth doing given the bad weather. They also kindly helped arrange a late check-in and taxis for us, which made everything very easy.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s within walking distance of the main part of town, but during the rainy season the walk can be a little less convenient, so this is worth considering when booking.

- the private room was super comfortable and for a cheap price, with a nice balcony
- good restaurants in the close area just 2min walking
- it was sometimes really noisy from the neighbour Hostel and from children running around and screaming.
The host is super friendly and helped me with booking my trip to the caves. I had a earinfection and she advised me what trip was save to take without getting into contact with water. The bed is also super comfortable, which is rare for Vietnam!

Es un sitio decente, limpio y te organizan excursiones, si es eso lo que vas buscando.
Pero hay muchas cosas que puedes hacer por libre en Phong Nha (visitar Paradise Cave, Dark Cave, Phong Nha Cave, alquilar una moto y hacer un tramo de la Ho Chi Minh Route West…) y aquí te quieren vender el pack turístico para todo.
¡Sale mucho más económico hacerlo por tu cuenta y es súper fácil de organizar! Solo alquila una moto en la calle principal o pilla un Grab.
La chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos perdieron ducharnos el último día antes de hacer el check out.
El desayuno es muy escaso.
Mis expectativas estaban más altas de lo que encontré por la calificación de este sitio en Booking. Pienso que, si viajas solo, como dan facilidades de cenas conjuntas y actividades organizadas, te puede gustar. Si vienes en pareja, creo que debe haber sitios con mejores vistas o instalaciones más bonitas.

Està relativament lluny i la bici gratuïta només són dues hores.

La colazione inclusa è molto buona e ricca
Abbiamo fatto il check-out molto presto, prima dell'apertura della cucina, e ci è stata preparata una colazione al sacco per il viaggio: molto gentili e premurosi!
