A localização, tem uma praia ótima l
Não tínhamos espreguiçadeiras disponíveis, o hotel disse que não tinha mais e que estavam a comprar no momento, muito chato dado que temos uma criança e nunca tínhamos espaço disponível junto à piscina.
A comida era razoável, mas acho que poderiam ter mais opções, nos restaurantes temática o menu kids era apenas fritos, uma opção terrível para crianças, batatas fritas com nuggets.
A animação para crianças era muito fraca

The staff was nice, the alcohol staff was also nice, the food was delicious and never took long.
I was very upset when I booked a trip to the caves and no one picked me up the next day, even though it was agreed that they would pick me up at 8 am. There is something absurd about that trip, there is a lack of clarity, after all, it is your first time here, the money you paid could have been lost, but it is good that I called the taxi and made it on time. The staff was very kind, the people that go there and the kids club was perfect for our daughter
We found a couple of ants in our room but that can always happen, was not bad. To use the scale in reception was 1 euro per bag. I think this could be done with tokens and not to charge for the use.

Espera de 2 horas para fazer check in. Tive que esperar para me darem um quarto. Demasiada confusão na zona de refeições. Animação de fraca qualidade especialmente nos espetáculos á noite. Animação para crianças tambem mto medíocre.

Nous avons séjourné pour la 4e fois dans cet hôtel, à chaque fois on sait qu'on va passer de bonnes vacances et sommes surpris à chaque fois. Les spectacles le soir sont fabuleux et l'équipe d'animation fantastique.
Nous y retournerons sans doute l'année prochaine 😍
Lovely staff with excellent location for cliff walks. Loved the room layout and how the rooms are located in a wonderful garden setting, we will be back.
