Except maintenance rest was good.
Pros:

Food was excellent but property is not maintained properly. Roof was leaking. No elevator. Hight of steps is more.

Cons:

Maintainence. Broken tiles in bathroom.

Overall the entire property and services are badly managed. Unclean bedsheet, pillow covers and very basic infrastructure.

Rather travel to Goa directly or look for other options.
They would not care about bad reviews either.

Little dissapointed
Pros:

Breakfast was good. But dinner was not that proper. Chicken was not cooked properly and had to send twice the dishes. Anything that was asked was said over. Then we had to ask what is available.

Cons:

Did not like the room cleanliness. And also the restaurant service.

One suggestion, since there is no lift the management should ensure that the elderly people are given room on ground floor only

Comfortable stay with value! Needs some improvement!
Pros:

Location is good... The room was a 1+1 family room. Rooms were big enough. And the balcony was large. Clean hotel. Extremely courteous and prompt service. Breakfast was good with adequate variety to select.

Cons:

Food price high but taste and quantity was poor. We skipped the dinner and lunch at the hotel and had elsewhere.

Hot water is very slow to come. We were told to run the tap for at least 10 minutes after which we will get hot water. Sheer wastage of water.

The sofabed is not comfortable. It has wooden planks on the upper and lower extended part. In between it is very soft. So you get an uncomfortable feeling on sleeping on hard and soft mattresses at the same time.
