Besonders netter Empfang. Alle Angestellten waren sehr kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit.
Total praktische Einrichtung im Zimmer. Es wurde an alles gedacht.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal und gutem Frühstück. Mit der S1 ist man in ca 30 Minuten in Hamburg, die Linie hält an sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten , Landungsbrücken, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus u Hbf.

Ein sehr gemütliches und familiär geführtes Hotel, welches unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat.
Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat eine gute Anbindung in die Hamburger City.
