施設は申し分ない！提供するサービスも朝食も申し分ないです！

Cons:

ホテルというつもりで行ったけど、お盆休みということもありましたが対応は大衆温泉施設ですね。フロントの方の質がバラバラで少しリピートするか悩みます。

駅近からも近く、お風呂もバイキング会場も広く快適に過ごせました。
屋上の足湯からの夜景も素敵でした🌃

たびソックスが付いていましたが、とても滑り易くて使う事が出来ず残念でした🫤

Overrated
Pros:

I really liked the view and the fact that the fish market was around the corner.

The beds were comfortable.

The buffet was value for money.

The yukata's offered come in a wide variety of sizes.

Cons:

The room was small (the television was so near the beds that you almost hit them when you move to the other side of the bed.

The hotel was very crowded with people that had a day pass for the onsen.

The breakfast buffet could have some more variety: it had all the same dishes as the evening buffet, only with some added cornflakes and jam.
I really was missing some variety of bread (like toast or croissant, instead of only a milkbun) and fresh fruit.

Furthermore I expected to have bit more of a dedicated reception for the guests who booked a stay, so we didn't had to wait in line for the day guests.

I also didn't like that you need to take of your shoes at the reception already: I have a wheelchair and orthopedic shoes to be able to move around. It really crippled me.

Furthermore the rooftop terrace with the footbath is only reachable via a high set of stairs. This wasn't mentioned on the website.

There we many extremely drunk people in the restaurant due to the all you can drink option at the buffet.

Staff were all great.

Cons:

As a tourist was confusing at first what was included or not included. A welcome and fyi information pamlet would have been much appreciated. I didn't like that most everything except the public baths costed extra if you were a hotel guest.
