سكن اقتصادي نظيف و رائع
Pros:

الغرفة والحمام فوق المتوقع جدا نظيفة مجددة بالكامل موقع هادئ قريب جدا من ميدان تقسيم وشارع الإستقلال خمسة دقائق مشي، سكن اقتصادي مقبول جدا مقابل السعر تتسع الغرفة لشخصين فقط،
رائحة الغرفة جميلة والحمام لايوجد فيه رائحة كريهة،
الموقع على شارع به نزول (منحدر خفيف) مسافة مائة متر.
أصحاب المكان والقائمين على العمل متعاونين جدا ومساعدين لأي طلب واحتياج.

عدم وجود وجبة الفطور السكن يقول خطأ يتحمله بوكينج.

Pros:

La terrasse spacieuse malgré un mobilier hors d'usage et un vis à vis.

Cons:

"studio" tres sale. Cuisine: non fonctionnelle, même pas une assiette ni un verre. Juste 2 fourchettes et un couteau de dînette. Le frigo était très sale et le micro-ondes rouillé et sale.
La salle de bain très petite et sale avec des odeurs d'égouts insupportables. Le tuyau de douche est percé à plusieurs endroits, très compliqué pour se laver.
Lit inconfortable et draps tachés.
Quand j'ai réservé, il était écrit "petit déjeuner inclus".. mensonge, il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel.
Nous sommes arrivé avant l'heure du check-in mais ça n'explique pas la saleté et le manque de matériel.
Aucun confort.

Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu. Otelin hijyeni ve konumu bizi çok mutlu etti. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve samimiyeti içimizi ısıttı

Хорошая локация
5 мин до автобусной станции до аэропорта
В округе много кафе и магазинов, при этом не шумно спокойно
Так же рядом метро Taksim
Комната чистая, вай фай, есть чай кофе чайник.

Cons:

В душе есть плесень из за сырости и туалет немного треснутый
Постельное чисто, но есть пятна которые уже въелись
Да у меня был завтрак предоставлен в регистрации, но на деле его не было (((

THEY ABUSED AND HARASSED MY GIRLFRIEND
Cons:

A staff member ENTERED THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING WITHOUT CONSENT WHILE MY GIRLFRIEND WAS STILL ASLEEP.
I'm currently going with an official complaint and if I don't find a decent response and compensation I'm going to press charges.

I should have noticed the pattern in other reviews, the building needs a lot of maintenance, heaters always get low water pressure and stop working, bathrooms drain slowly and nothing is really clean. Renovations were being done in the room while we are in it, one night we were told not to move a table flipped in the floor to help sticking something, check the photos. We asked to change the room and the owner, who is very hard to reach, gave us another room that had less issues, by the second half of our stay I had to leave for a couple of days and left my girlfriend alone, the whole booking is on her name as I knew I might need to leave early, the staff started abusing her by changing her room again without her asking and entering her room in the early morning without knocking while she is still asleep, telling her she has to leave because other guests need the room 2 days before the end of her stay.


It is not just unclean with many broken essential facilities, this place is UNSAFE, YOU ARE GOING TO BE ABUSED AND HARASSED BY THE STAFF, DO NOT BOOK THAT PLACE.

Pros:

Ich hatte diese Suite gebucht, erhielt aber eine Stunde vor dem Check-in eine Nachricht, dass das Gebäude renoviert werde und ich woanders übernachten müsse. Der Kundenservice von Booking.com war nur auf Türkisch und Englisch erreichbar, und ich konnte die Buchung nicht stornieren. Ich musste 21 Tage lang in einer ungeeigneten Suite übernachten, was zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von 140 Euro verursachte.. Ich verstehe nicht, warum der Kundenservice von Booking.com nicht online erreichbar ist.

“Arkadaş grubumuzla Türkiye tatili planlarken kalacağımız yerin sadece temiz ve konforlu değil, aynı zamanda enerjisi güzel bir yer olmasını istiyorduk. Bu otel beklentimizin çok üstüne çıktı. Daha giriş yaptığımız anda çalışanların samimiyeti ve güler yüzü bize kendimizi evde hissettirdi.
21 kişilik kalabalık bir grup olmamıza rağmen her şey inanılmaz düzenliydi. Odalar tertemizdi, yataklar çok rahattı ve otelin atmosferi tam tatil moduna sokuyordu.
Konum olarak da harikaydı; hem rahat hem huzurlu hem de eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdik. Otel sahiplerinin misafirlerle gerçekten ilgilenmesi çok fark yaratıyor. Kendimizi müşteri gibi değil, misafir gibi hissettik.
Şimdiden tekrar gelmeyi konuşuyoruz. Eğer arkadaş grubunuzla keyifli, sıcak ve kaliteli bir konaklama arıyorsanız burayı kesinlikle listenize ekleyin. Türkiye’de kaldığımız en samimi otellerden biriydi!”

Dorazili jsme a recepční nám oznámil, že cena, za kterou jsme pokoj koupili je moc nízká. Poté řekl, že všechny pokoje jsou plné a nemůže nás ubytovat.
