Ok aber nicht mehr zwingend in diesem Hotel zu buchen.
Cons:

Zimmer Strassenseitig zu laut, Durchgangsverkehr von früh morgens bis spät Abends.
Keine Klimaanlage und bei heissen sommertemperaturen war es unmöglich mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen, da wie erwähnt Durchgangsverkehrlärm.
Zimmer sehr geringhörig.

Sehr enttäuschend. Hauptstraßenlage mit wenig Erholung.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Spa gehört nicht mit zum Hotel! Die Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel hat jeglichen Schlaf verhindert. Extrem laut und belastend. Im gesamten Hotelbereich roch es nach Bratenfett und Käse. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und dunkel. Streamingdienste auf dem Fernseher waren gesperrt.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e anche il ristorante top

Cons:

La camera bellissima ma senza aria condizionata e situata sotto tetto. Viste lle giornate di calura estrema sarebbe stato d'aiuto un ventilatore che permettesse di rinfrescare un poco e quindi dormire.
Ma questo è certamente solo un consiglio. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber sehr schlechte Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Eines der Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das viele Holz war sehr schön. Es war gut ausgestattet (Früchte, gratis Wasserflaschen, Handseife, Duschgel, Minibar, Safe, Kleiderbügel und Haarföhn. Die Angestellte beim Check-out war freundlich.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht. Wir hatten für diesen Preis deutlich mehr Comfort und Gastfreundschaft erwartet. Zudem ist das ganze Haus und die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. die Dusche und die Bettwäsche, Frotteetücher und Jalousinen). Die Dusche schimmelte und war undicht. Das Badezimmer ist winzig. Die Lage ist sehr laut (hatten wir aber bereits vor der Buchung gewusst, da das Haus direkt an der Strasse zum Jaunpass liegt) Leider war es aber so heiss, dass man nur mit geöffneten Fenstern "schlafen" konnte. Die Bettwäsche in einem Zimmer hatte Flecken und kleine Löcher. Man fühlte sich leider überhaupt nicht willkommen. Die Bilder im Internet haben uns leider sehr getäuscht.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très cosy et vraiment joliment décoré. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et disponible.

Cons:

L’hotel est idéalement situé au centre de Charmey mais malheureusement les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes en raison de la circulation sinon rien de négatif à redire...

Perfect place to stay on the way of hiking.
Pros:

It is centrally located, in fact right in the middle of central road of the town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite big with high ceiling, and very clean.

Cons:

The shower towels are good, but the small ones, not the smallest square ones, are not soft at all. It might be the time to replace or make them softer.

Friendly and comfortable hotel in a lovely location.
Pros:

Lovely mountain location with good restaurant and friendly staff. Room was nicely appointed but a little loud in the morning from the road in front of the hotel.

Pros:

Accueil sympathique et situation géographique agréable pour aller à pied aux remontées mécaniques 🚠 .
La chambre mise au goût du jour est charmante et les lits sont confortables.
2 petites bouteilles d’eau et deux oranges sont à disposition.

Cons:

Le lavabo dans la salle de douche mériterait d’être bien plus grand, surtout qu’il y a de la place (c’est plus un lave main), et la cuvette cassée mériterait d’être changée pour montrer l’entretien apporté à la chambre par les gérants.

Je n'y retournerai pas.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et avec de très bons produits. Le service était super, souriant et très dévoué.

Cons:

L'hôtel est bien situé pour les diverses activités, mais il est en bord de route donc c'est très bruyant. La chambre ne vaut pas les 240 fr par nuit le week-end!!
Le menu du soir n'était pas terrible, accompagnement et dessert pas faits maison. Le prix était donc bien cher pour du surgelé!!
