Best place I've stayed in Tokyo!

The staff were so kind and helpful. The place was a good size. Everything was provided. The location was exceptional.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Studio spacieux et bien équipé. Personnel sympathique et disposnible.

Great stay. Would recommend for anyone travelling with kids.
Pros:

Well located, close to train stations, kombinis and shopping areas. Clean and spacious. New amenities in the room, super comfortable beds, great washing machine (the first that actually worked during our 1 week in Japan.

Cons:

Wifi wasn’t the greatest. Super spotty.

住過3次，覺得公寓式飯店的CP值高、加上交通方便，但是上野區的住宿越來越貴了
Pros:

離車站跟阿美橫町跟吉池百貨都近，附近有全家跟lowson,而且吃逛都很方便，他們提供的洗髮精，味道是超喜歡的精油味！

Cons:

有些設備沒有在維護，之前可能是冬天去住，冰箱溫度比較沒注意，這次5月比較熱的時候去發現到，冷藏完全不冷，然後冷凍等於冷藏完全不會結凍

Très bon hôtel proche parc Ueno!
Pros:

Tout! Localisation idéale, très proche parc Ueno, rues commerçantes, tout en étant très calme.
Chambre très spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire.

Pros:

Location - superb(near yamanote line and subway in 5mins walk; eating and shopping street nearby)
Staff - Prompt and Professional yet courteous
Overall pleasant stay with functional Kitchen, Washing machine and Cleanliness.

Cons:

I won't say didn't like, most of Tokyo hotels are smaller in size. With 2 kids it felt bit cramped with 3 beds in one room but underneath beds we could slide suitcases and use the available free room.
Positives are far more than the space we felt could have been bit larger.
