La ubicación. Estaba todo muy limpio. Las vistas desde la habitación.

El baño era antiguo. La mampara se cerraba y la bañera algo estrecha.

El personal de recepción, de limpieza, todas muy amables y profesionales. Sobre el apartamento, destacar que tiene muy buena ubicación. Teníamos habitación con vistas y compensa aúnque pagues un poco más (discreto, amaneceres espectaculares). El aire acondicionado se agradeció mucho. También merece la pena coger el aparcamiento. La ciudad es muy segura, muy bonita. Toda la bahía es visitable y tienes multitud de actividades en los alrededores. El viaje en el tren turístico es agradable y te da información sobre el origen de la ciudad. Son pueblos ostricolas así que puedes comer muchas ostras, mejillones... la preparación de las comidas francesas muy bien también, con elementos que no te esperas y con muy buenos sabores. Precioso Arcachon.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, por decir algo, llevar al apartahotel o comprar allí (había cerca supermercados como Aldi o Carrefour express): paño de cocina, abridor de botellas de chapa (sacacorchos había), pastillas para el lavavajillas o jabón para fregar la vajilla, la esponjita de fregar.

Il faudra changer d’hôtel !

À part le personnel qui fait ce qu’il peut à bord de ce bateau qui coule et l’emplacement , je ne suis pas du tout satisfait et je ne suis pas un client râleur

Déjà un prélèvement de la réservation fait deux fois (ce qui peut arriver) mais qui a mis un bon mois à être remboursé après plusieurs demandes. On m’a offert deux jours de parking … Les locaux sont anciens une déco année 70, des peintures très abîmées , une salle de bain d’un autre âge . On a du demander deux chaises de jardin car nous n’avions qu’une table dehors et enfin un seul choix de très mini petits dej sur plateau plastique uniquement en chambre … bref on voit que le navire coule et que personne ne l’entretient depuis longtemps . La société est d’ailleurs en redressement … j’ai des photos si ça intéresse . Pas du tout dans la catégorie dans lequel il est vendu . Franchement honteux. Reste la vue et l’emplacement et un personnel qui fait ce qu’il peut et qui prend les nombreux mécontentements des clients !

Die Lage ist perfekt

Der Fußboden war dreckig und voller Sand und Hundehaare. Ich habe das Problem gleich an der Rezeption gemeldet. Man hat mir lediglich angeboten, die Reinigung am nächsten Tag durchzuführen. Das war natürlich keine Lösung. Ich habe das Zimmer deshalb selbst gesaugt und am nächsten Tag ist natürlich niemand gekommen. Inakzeptabel!
Allerdings sind die Möbel alt, was kein Problem ist. Die alten Leitungen haben gestunken.

Très proche de la baie accessible à pied ainsi que la proximité de toutes les commodités ( resto boutique pharmacie...)
Le lit de la chambre principale confortable . Nous avons aussi apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la réception.

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le canapé lit du salon un peu bancal . Il est vrai aussi que l'appartement est dans son jus mais honnêtement au vue de l'emplacement on fait vite abstraction .

Un séjour de plus ici dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions
Pros:

Comme toujours c’est un excellent hôtel près de la plage , des commerce et … ??? danger !… ( près du Casino Partouche 😂😂)
Chambre spacieuse , Confortable, kitchenette équipée, grand lit King size , beau balcon ou l’on peut manger …
Personnel de la réception très accueillant .

Ok stay
Pros:

The location is good. The bedd was comfortable. Liked the velvet drapes.

Cons:

Have stayed previously on the other side in a much better apartment. This one was tired and worn. Needs repairs. Presentation wasn't good. Chairs were on top of the table and toilet brush was on top of toilet,towels were on sink and had no toilet paper.
