Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping to security personel. Hotel is situated in an area with lots of choices in (very good) restaurants & bars; close to the beach, and still very quiet at night as it is located at the end of a bamboo lane, away from the busy trafic.

Cons:

Sometimes, but rarely, the internet connection was not very stable.

Great staff, great hotel and very friendly owner Mario and his french bulldog.
Pros:

Very well maintained rooms with lovely pool area. Hotel is quiet and tranquil considering its distance to the hustle and bustle. Rooms are the biggest Iv had and so much light with the windows wrapped around the property.

Cons:

I couldn’t find a fault during my stay.

Great value stay in Seminyak with friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent value for money and very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a good value spot in Seminyak then this place is great value and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

There were some cleanliness issues with the towels, I had to go to reception and change the towels I was provided as there had some horrible stains on them.
