Pros:

Lovely position. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room 807. This is above a suite with a hot tub and when the guest use it at 2am and the kids are in it 6am the noise and bright light are unacceptable.

Cons:

We arrived in the wake of one wedding and before the next that night. Due to this, our room was not finished until 1.5hrs after Check in Time . Still, reception was wonderful and offered a comped drink. Our room, not a seaview room, was situated directly above the main entrance and although all wedding guests were well mannered and quite, we heard every conversation and smellt every cigarette. The subsequent cleanup that happened at 2am was trying to be quite, was not.
The room doors were unbelievably loud when closing. So you heard the last person going to sleep and the first getting back up.
Staff was very friendly and did everything right but due to understaffing, once led to us waiting over an hour for breakfast. Indoor Pool is in bad shape but still great for little kids to play.

All in all, they are currently under construction and will be a completely different experience once finished.
In the meantime just get a seaview room and if youre partially or fully deaf you can even got our room for a great Price.

5 star location without a 5 star price
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and location for such a reasonable price. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Our table for dinner was ours for the entire evening. The food was excellent and the breakfast was fabulous.

Fabulous breath of air on the Atlantic coast
Pros:

Stunning location, Vista restaurant has fabulous dining views. Al the staff were friendly and informative, great for walking parts of the coastline. Dining was good and the range of drinks in the bar good too.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was hit and miss, out room had signal in the bathroom but hardly any in the room itself. Our room was above the Island Suite and on the two nights we stayed there was quite a lot of noise from the suite below late into the night.

Pros:

Quite location. Much has changed since last year. We had bad experience this year. I don’t think I will make any future reservations

Cons:

The villa we stayed did not have hot water. We were moved to a different villa after a day and as a heater were offered pizza. By the way the daily charge for those villas are over £400 a day. So they were quite generous (?) redeeming themselves

Pros:

Posizione imbattibile della struttura, hanno sentieri per camminare e raggiungere le spiagge a piedi. C’è pure un campo da tennis. Il panorama è pazzesco. Ottimo prezzo.

Cons:

Le camere andrebbero rinnovate, i vetri avevano le ragnatele. Poco personale durante il momento colazione. Il processo di addebito su camera andrebbe rivisto e strutturato, se non lo chiedi non rilasciano scontrino e non ti fanno firmare una copia. Così si rischiano addebiti non corretti durante il check out.

Excellent food, stay and service
Pros:

the breakfast was great and had lots of choice to choose from menu. Besides of the main breakfast, they still provided lots of bread, cereal and gluten free, diary free choice. their dinner also were excellent too!! Mussle of the day the the best ever!!!! their staff called us 2 days before the booking for confirming breakfast and dinner time, i would say that is fantastic service, very well prepared for everything. Due to booked 2 different types of rooms for 2 nights, they helped us to move all our luggages to new room, thats extra miles ahead for us, hence, we no need to carry all of them to reception!! What a lovely arrangement!!!
