Important information:

The property will be renovating from 9 April to 31 March 2027, the exterior will be affected but works will only take place during working hours, and every effort will be made to minimise the noise and disturbance.

Please note that the Polurrian Hotel does not accept American Express to guarantee a booking or for payment.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

L'hôtel est splendide. Tout y est soigné et aménagé avec goût. La chambre est très grande, et la salle de bain bien équipée.
Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à 2 reprises, c'était parfait. Nous avons également aimé le court de tennis. La balade qui mène à la plage est très jolie. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, nos plats étaient originaux et savoureux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est absolument charmant.

An sich ist es ein schönes Hotel. Leider fanden während unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten statt. Zudem waren am Samstag sowohl der Garten als auch später der Hauptsaal mit Meerblick aufgrund einer Hochzeit den ganzen Tag gesperrt. Genau wegen dieses Bereichs hatten wir das Hotel gebucht und mussten daher den gesamten Samstagnachmittag im Zimmer verbringen. Weder wurden wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert, noch gab es im Nachhinein eine Entschädigung oder auch nur eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Sehr schade.

Ein schönes Hotel, wir freuen uns auf die Fertigstellung der Umbauten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Aussicht ist ein Traum.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und die ständigen Gesellschaften blockieren oft die Plätze im Restaurant.

Nicht wieder… dafür zu teuer
Cons:

Essen (wir hatten eine Pizza aus dem Steinofen) war sehr schlecht. Die Sauberkeit in unserem Appartement ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das ganze Hotel sehr muffig. Und eine Baustelle die man aus dem Restaurant bereits beim Frühstücken bestaunen konnte. Fenster teilweise mit Sichtschutz. Also man konnte die Aussicht nicht genießen.

Beautiful location with fantastic facilities.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Beautifully appointed. Friendly helpful staff. Best place we have ever stayed that is dog friendly. Immaculate gardens. Currently has building work to expand the spa facilities which they have gone to great lengths to minimise impact on guests.
Incredible place to watch the sunset.

Brilliant hotel in a nice quiet location
Pros:

Great location - room was very large and had a brilliant sea view. Bed was comfy
Breakfast was great and food in the evening was also great (and good value - especially ‘pie and a pint’ and ‘burger and a pint’ nights)
Room service was excellent and room fridge was useful

Cons:

No lift to 2nd floor.
No BBC1 or ITV1 on the TV
(And it’s a shame the weather was awful for our stay - but that’s not the hotels fault)

Pros:

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich schön! Die Betten und die Kissen waren sehr bequem

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Frnster sehr alt, bei diesem Küstenwind zog es sehr laut durch die Fenster, wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Kein warmes Wasser!!!! Mussten Abends und Morgens kalt duschen!!!!! Dieses Hotel hat kein Charm. Zu alt. Nur die Aussicht ist schön!

Enjoyable .
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food . The location is lovely but alot of outside work being done at the moment which I was informed about and certainly didn't spoil the stay .

Cons:

There wasn't enough staff in the restaurant for evening meals and only one barman who did an amazing job but was rushed off of his feet . We had a long wait for our food on the first evening as so busy .
