Will absolutely stay again!
Pros:

The location was incredible! Facilities were always clean and staff was incredible!!! Everyone was friendly and informative! I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the staff! Hearing their stories and their openness made the experience feel personal and made all the difference in my stay! The breakfast had something for everyone! The variety was incredible!

Cons:

Parking was expensive and inconvenient. We were required to buzz the intercom to get in the gate.

Location and thats about it. breakfast was decent

Cons:

Not even a kettle or coffee facilities. You get a bare room with the most minimal facilities. I booked for 3 days and cancell immediately the following morning. The manager Jeffrey then rebooked me at Home2Suites which is in the same building and also a Hilton hotel. This had all the facilities and was excellent. My stay was then comfortable. Their billing system is very confusing and they don't tell you before hand that they take a security deposit of usd 50 per night. Until now there is so much of confusion as they have said that my deposit was released but I received nothing and my bank says that their is no trace of any thing being released, so I'm out of pocket with usd 200

The bed was ok and towels in room were fine but overall amenities like coffee area was dirty and cold cofee
