Cons:

Bed bugs and staff knew about it and was not moved. Images were taken, management did not reach out. Was not provided any extra accommodations for funds for transportation to another hotel.

I don’t pay to stay with roaches Tru branch of Hilton will NEVER get my money again -1 star

Great high floor room 19th floor. View

Cons:

The roaches crawling around in the bathroom and shower Which I have videos of it crawling around with photos disguised I have NEVER experienced this at a Hilton hotel ever

The stay was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

Centrally located and well maintained. Close proximity to everything. The roof top bar was a plus! The pool and gym were convenient.

Cons:

No welcome package and no clothes iron!

Qué es de la cadena Hilton honors

Cons:

Hotel muy sucio (cuando caminas los zapatos se pegan del piso). No nos arreglaron la habitación y nos dieron las sábanas para que nosotros las cambiáramos.
El aire acondicionado suena como una licuadora y no hay modo de controlarlo (es automático), por lo que en la noche el frío fue intenso.
El personal del restaurante es agresivo y los productos son mal preparados.
No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación a pesar de nuestra queja,
Este hotel no parece de la cadena Hilton de lo sucio que es.
No deberá tener una calificación de 8 en booking; yo lo califico con un 3, como para ponerle -3.
Espero que nadie escoja este hotel en adelante.
