It’s pretty central and a short didi to the city centre. It’s clean on arrival and room was cleaned everyday. They have a robot that delivers your meituan order too, which is nice that you don’t have to go pick it up or have the driver deliver to your door.
We booked a 7 night stay, and was coming from Beijing, our flight got delayed and we didn’t arrive to the hotel until 11pm. We were messaging the hotel earlier that morning, they asked if what time we would arrive and I notified them our plane doesn’t arrive to Shanghai to very late and we will be checking in after 9pm. When we arrived to the hotel, we were notified our room had been forfeited to someone else because we didn’t check in, even though we told them we were coming. No one spoke English, and we were basically arguing over google translate which obviously didn’t go anywhere. They did say we could come back the next day and they would upgrade us, and they found a place for us to stay down the road. Though this was really inconvenient and annoying, I appreciate the efforts. Nothing is worse coming off a flight and checking in late while it was bucketing down rain. Other than this mishap, the hotel was comfy. It’s not right in the city centre, but close enough via didi. It was quiet, no staff here spoke English though, something to note if that would be an issue.
The hotel is located in a very good location, the room is large and clean, and the staff are very helpful and kind.

Hotel nieco podpuszczony. Ale było czysto i przyjemnie. Jest tu darmowa pralnia a personel jest pomocny. Pokój przestronny i czysty. W pobliżu bardzo dobre restauracje i sklep. Metro 5 min drogi pieszo.
場所は便利でした。浦西と浦東をつなぐ場所にありまして、浦東で仕事をして夜は浦西にご飯に行くなどにとって便利な場所です。

В одном из номеров не закрывалось окно и из-за кусали комары, а так четко.
La chambre était spacieuse suite à une réclamation de notre part, car nous avions demandé une chambre non-fumeur et la chambre que nous avions eu santé la cigarette. Nous avons donc eu une autre chambre non-fumeur elle était bien spacieuse. Les fenêtres étaient très sale malheureusement
Les fenêtres de la chambre extrêmement sale, on voyait pas bien à travers, il y a un système de sonnette aux portes et Chambre qui à partir de 7h du matin te réveille car même si c’est pas dans ta chambre les chambres d’à côté, je pense que les femmes de ménage viennent de sonner pour nettoyer les chambres si tu ne mets pas ne pas déranger et ça te réveille automatiquement. Les chambres sont assez bruyante il y avait des travaux certainement dans l’immeuble ou l’alentours.

Welcoming and very helpful staff at check-in; very positive communications about early breakfast arrangment; great location at reasonable price. Great value for money for running the Shanghai half marathon.
This is not the fault of the hotel: if your arrive by metro but with heavy suitcases, be prepared to carry them up the stairs as there is escalator at the exit near the hotel. Once you are at street level, the hotel is a very short walk away.
Frühstück war sehr gut , für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lage ist in Pudong eher im Geschäftsviertel , dafür aber nachts sehr ruhig , Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe .
