Potentially very good, but rooms suffer from little maintenance/upgrades/cleaning
Pros:

Great location although the broadcast sermons from the central mosque are very loud (if that might be a problem to you). Staff are friendly and there is great Nonya Food set available in the hotel restaurant. Easy walk to the river esplanade.

Cons:

We stayed here over 20 years ago and it was amazing. But it looks like the rooms have had little care and maintenance in that time. The carpets were dirty, and the room overall needed some love and attention.
