The staff were really helpful and friendly and our accommodation was great value for money. Definitely recommend
Pros:

The apartment was absolutely perfect and in a great location- close to sea museum and old mystic and 10mins to train station. It had everything we needed including coffee, pastries and fruit for breakfast.

excellent location, great apartment and facilities
Pros:

the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay, for example kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items. location was excellent for visiting Yale and close to Union station

Cons:

the spare sheets for the sofa bed were grubby (crusted snot), however the property managers were contacted and they replaced the sheets with a clean set.

A great stay for a small family!
Pros:

This is our second time staying at this property, we’ve enjoyed both stays! It’s a wonderful place!

Cons:

The one suggestion I have is to leave more washcloths. We had three people staying this time and there was only one washcloth for three people for two nights. Other than that everything was much appreciated. Thank you.

Hyatus - immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir lieben alle Hyatus Unterkünfte, wir checken morgen schon in die 3. Unterkunft ein.
Tolle Wohnungen in super tolle Gebäuden.
Gute Ausstattung, Parkplatz kostenlos dabei. Sehr, sehr präzise Anleitungen zum Check in und alles was dazu gehört.
Zur Begrüßung liegt immer etwas süßes und eine Karte bereit. Dazu sind immer Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta da.

It was extremely clean, and had all the amenities one could wish for! The instructions were very clear and Hyatus was super responsive to any questions I had. The automatic coffee machine was an extra bonus <3
