Pros:

Lage, Zimmer Ausstattung und Personal waren Super. Sehr leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Es hatte noch Haare von der Vorgängerin im Badezimmer (Dusche) und über den Betten am Fenster waren vereinzelt Spinnweben die runterhingen.
Sonst alles gut.👍🏽

Pros:

Good location. The restaurant staff is super friendly however they seemed really stressed and understaffed at all times.

Cons:

Window goes just into a sort of chimney housing pidgeons in heat that make a lot of noise. Additionally there is constant noise from the restaurant below , as they were disposing of glass bottles at 11pm and rolling containers around.
At first I got a link to a key that was not working, I had to call. The lock on my room bugging out when I went for breakfast and I had to wait over three hours for the door to be opened. There is no mechanical way to open the doors. They offered me one coffee and their apologies which honestly, even if I wasn't yelling since it wasn't anyone's fault, seemed a little cheap.

Sofa/bett war bequem

Das Bett war hart und wir fande es am Abend war es laut von unten mit Musik
Dusche war gut auch mit den Produkten aber
Ist undicht bei zu viel Wasser
Die Ausziehe Schublade hatte ein wenig gerochen.

Hotel Nein, Restaurant Ja!

Die Lage, das self check in und das angeschlossene Restaurant.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof über den Passanten-Arkaden. Die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden da es ständig zu laut ist und die Geruchsimmission störend ist. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert eingeschränkt und der Geräuschpegel ist dadurch zu hoch. Das Zimmer war ein wenig abgenutzt und die Betten sind viel zu unbequem, sprich sehr sehr hart. Starke Geruchsimmission von der Restaurantküche im Eingangsbereich bzw. Gang zu dem Zimmer.

ich habe versehentlich das Zimmer für 1 Person gebucht Preis 530.60 mit Frühstück, habe umgehend gemeldet dass wir 2 Personen sind. bei der Abreise musste ich noch 237.60 Aufpreis für 2. Person bezahlen. das ist Total 768.20, ein Zimmer mit Frühstück für 2 Personen kostet nächste Woche 468.00. Ich hatte schon 530.60 für 1 Person bezahlt. der Totalpreis von 768.20 ist eine Frechheit. Die Zimmeraussicht war deprimierend, Aussicht aus dem Fenster war in ein Lichtschacht 3x3 Meter.

Ein mal und nie wieder.

Die Lage war sehr gut

Cons:

Schlechtes Frühstück, nicht mal ein Ei gab es, nur ein Gipfeli, hartes Brot 2 Scheiben Käse, Salami und ein Schinken. Keine Früchte, Joghurt und Ei war nicht mal auf Wunsch möglich.

Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir haben am Abend einen kleinen Apero dort genommen, bis die 2 Gläser Wein serviert wurden mussten wir 20 min warten - Kosten 35 Fr. Einfach unverschämt. Etwas zum Knapperen dazu wurde nicht serviert.

Fijne plek midden in Locarno

Nette leuk ingerichte kamer, fijne badkamer en goede verlichting inclusief sfeerverlichting. Fijn dat er een lift was. Wat echt het allerbeste was: het ontbijt, super lekker croissantje en brood! En dat midden in het centrum!

Cons:

Het is zelf check-in, dat vinden wij helemaal prima, maar mocht je een receptie willen, die heb je niet.
