Pros:

Stanza pulitissima e confortvole, il sistema di self check in e chiave sul cellullare è comodissimo. Lo staff del ristorante è super disponibile e ci hanno anche tenuto la valigia prima del soggiorno.

Wunderbares Boutiquehotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Fensterfront, die zum Balkon führte. Das Bad war toll designt, sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das gesamte Interieur war klasse, man fühlte sich äußerst wohl.
Wir würden dieses Boutiquehotel immer wieder nehmen, wenn wir in Locarno wären.

Pros:

Sehr zentral und extrem freundliches Personal. Obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte, wurde uns trotzdem noch eine sehr leckere Pizza gebacken. Auch das Tartar ist sehr zu empfehlen! Frühstück mit Käse, Schinken und Croissants draußen auf der Sonnenterrasse.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, Frühstück ganz gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster in einen Innenhof mit schlechter Belüftung. Die Gerüche der Küche im EG kamen durchs Treppenhaus und durch den Hof. Zimmer und Bad i.O.

Posizione centrale, comoda per spostarsi a piedi in tutta la città. Unica pecca alla quale non avevo pensato è la musica fino a mezzanotte con una bimba piccola..ma questi sono i pro e contro della posizione centrale.
Colazione ottima e varia. Staff del ristorante sotto l'hotel gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Cons:

Camera piuttosto piccola rispetto a quelle mostrate in foto.. noi eravamo in 3 con una bambina piccola, non abbiamo accettato la culla altrimenti non ci saremmo più mossi nella stanza. Va bene per una coppia ma per 3 persone avrei preferito avere una stanza più grande.

Der Ort ist Top, das Hotel flopp!

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte Fenster, mit Aussicht an die nächste Hauswand( Innenhof), dort hausten Tauben und alles war verschissen und dreckig, eine Baby Taube lag im Sterben.
Das Frühstück war sehr spährlich, es gab nicht einmal ein Buffet, man bekam halb vetrocknete Brote und abgestandenen Käse.

Gepflegtes Hotel auf der Piazza
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind Neu gestaltet und sehr sauber, auch die Betten bequem und es gibt ein Frühstück das an den Tisch gebracht wird mir Kaffee, Gipfel, Brot, Wurst, Käse und kleines Müsli Pack und Joghurt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Nach einem Aufpreis, konnte ich in ein größeres Zimmer Nummer 22 wechseln. Zimmer 21 war sehr klein und das Fenster mit frischer Luft ging in ein Innenraum mit un schönen Blick. Diese Aussicht hat umgestaltungs Bedarf.

Location was central

Cons:

Where to start. First the online check in for two rooms was not possible, we only received one digital key. Thus we went to the restaurant (because at reception was no one) and the employee was super rude about that and issued us the second key. It was loud on every side of the hotel, most probably because of the hotel bar going on. I mean that risk we knew as it was described in previous reviews. But it is SO loud. But the worst, in every aspect shocking, we badly needed a Pharmacy to get some medication. We saw that every Pharmacy was closed (which we found strange.. ) and I asked the staff and the answer was: just go to the hospital. Which we did not do, because as said, we just needed some medicine. Only later that evening at a different restaurant the kind waiter gave us the address of the nightly shift pharmacy (apparently each day/night they rotate so there is pharmacy coverage in town) which we went to and it was as said open.
How can it be that such an expensive (and believe me it was for two nights 440chf) hotel has no such information but uneducated and rude personnel that only say „just go to the hospital“.
In any case, there also were spider in the room. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Freundliche Bedienung und feines Frühstück.
Top Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer klein aber fein.

Cons:

Der digitale Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Aber freundliches Personal hat weitergeholfen.
Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht gut lüften, weil das gefangene Fenster auf die enge, darunterliegende Passage ausgerichtet ist.
In diesem Hotel muss ich das nächste Mal ein anders ausgerichtetes Zimmer nehmen.

Gemütliches Wochenende im Tessin
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das Hotel hat eine gute Lage.

Cons:

Self Check in ist sehr unpersönlich, Rezeption wäre toll.
Wir hatten ein Hinterhofzimmer, Aussicht in den Hinterhof.
Durch Self Check in keine Möglichkeit die Koffer vor 15.00 irgendwo zu deponieren
