Awesome family hotel in SP
Pros:

Room space is good and worth for value paid. Bathroom is good condition. Water tape functioning well.
Receptionist and front dest staffs are friendly.
Iron board ok but iron is better replaced with steam iron.

Cons:

Blanket not comfortable, itchy and should not use the wool type blanket cover.
Bed seems a bit dusty.
Should provide 1 set small size towel.
